This is a very pretty, three bedroom villa with capacity for up to seven guests. It has has two bathrooms and a vanity room. The very large double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, fitted wardrobes and a balcony with sea views. There are two further double bedrooms; one of which has fitted wardrobes and a balcony facing Mount Bermeja. An inflatable mattress and a travel cot are available at an extra cost privately to the owner. There is a second bathroom upstairs and downstairs there is a vanity room complete with toilet. The kitchen is totally equipped and has a small patio. The sitting room and dining room are open plan and open onto a paved patio facing a private garden which backs onto beautifully landscaped gardens. The villa occupies a very tranquil position and is fully air conditioned with satellite television giving all European television programmes. There is a beautiful swimming pool which is open 24 hours per day from March till November and two tennis courts; one of which converts to a football pitch. The estate, also, has a children's playpark. The beach is parallel with the estate and is accessible via the landscaped gardens.
I met my husband in this lovely part of Spain and have spent every summer enjoying this villa with our children. I would now like other families to enjoy what we have had and to take home with them beautiful memories that will last a life time.
There are many beautiful places to visit within a short drive from the villa. Casares is a typical Spanish village which occupies the top of the mountain and is well worth a trip. Gibraltar is just a 40 minutes drive from the villa and a must for shoppers! Puerto Banus is a fascinating port home of 'jet set' and an exclusive shopping and eating area. There are many beaches to visit all within a couple of minutes drive from the villa. Estepona port is 3 kms. from the villa. Supermarkets are just across the main road. I would recommend a car for anyone who wishes to stay in my holiday home although it is not essential.
