Stepping into the bright and open hallway you are greeted by a spiralling staircase which takes you to the lounge area below where there is also a fabulous pool table and leisure seating area. Here you can spend time relaxing by reading a book or sat on one of the two comfortable sofas watching the 55" flat screen TV with a good UK TV package & DVD player. Downstairs you will also find 2 of the bedrooms - one King room leading to a small patio and one Twin room, also a good size family bathroom including jacuzzi bath, walk in shower, double sink with make up mirror, toilet and bidet. On the upper level you will find the Master bedroom with full en-suite bathroom, air con and fabulous views out to sea, and another twin bedroom, also with air con and en-suite shower/sink & toilet. There is a separate toilet available without having to enter the bedrooms. Villa Goa has an open plan dining area to seat 8 people and a spacious and fully equipped kitchen that has all you need including hob, oven, microwave,fridge-freezer,dishwasher, kettle, toaster. coffee machine and ample utensils. You will find a washing machine, clothes airer and ironing facilities in a separate solana.
Villa Goa is set on a very quiet residential complex a short distance from the centre of Playa Blanca.
