La Villa Kira, Tindaya se encuentra a 25 km de Corralejo y a 34 km de Caleta de Fuste.
Set around an inner patio which is open to the sky, the villa was completely renovated from January to March 2020, and this is the first year it is available for rental. The patio is accessible from all rooms and has a staircase to a rooftop terrace. Outside there is a heated salt water swimming pool 6m x 3m 1,50m in depth. The house has all mod cons from Smart TV, soundbar, to dishwasher, fridge freezer and dryer. Stunning views to the sea, Montana de Tindaya and other mountain ranges from inside and outside the house. 25 minutes drive to the airport, 20 to Corralejo and Puerto del Rosario. The beaches of El Cotillo renowned for surfing are just 15 minutes drive. As published and photos taken during the time of lockdown, we are missing some outdoor furniture such as sunbeds etc but these will be added as soon as this period is over. Apart from its mountain, the village of Tindaya is known for its goats' cheese which of course can be purchased locally. The village has a small mini market for fresh bread and basics, one restaurant called Podomorfo, and 2 other bars. The nearby villages of La Oliva and Tindaya have several good restaurants and are just 10 minutes drive from the villa. The nearest coastline is just 3km and is a beautiful quiet spot to enjoy the sunset. The beaches of El Cotillo are probably the best for swimming, surfing etc and are 15 minutes drive. Corralejo and Puerto del Rosario have larger supermarkets and good shopping. We have an information booklet in the villa with suggestions of things to do. In fact you can visit the whole island from here. A car is necessary
