This beautiful villa is located on the stunning Cielo de Bonaire. Just a minute’s drive from the Mal-Pas marina and the famous restaurant of “Crocodillo’s”, the property boasts its own private pool with sun loungers and a newly constructed BBQ, perfect for relaxing and al fresco dining. The secluded pool is surrounded by trees and ideally located at the back of the villa away from the road. The terrace has also been recently extended to provide even more outdoor space to enjoy. On the ground floor, the first bedroom has patio doors leading out on to the pool area, perfect for anyone who enjoys a dip first thing in the morning. The lounge, kitchen and downstairs bathroom also boast patio doors leading straight on to the pool area, with the bathroom benefitting from a recent high-spec renovation. The villa also has Netflix for the one-off rainy days, if the kids get tired of the pool (unlikely we know) or even for a quiet night in. Upstairs, the master bedroom features an en-suite and private balcony offering views out over Pollensa Bay - great for enjoying a quiet glass of wine at the end of the day.

Our properties are located in the picturesque north of Majorca. This area of Majorca is far from the crazy noisy nightlife stereotype that the island is associated with but a wonderful place for a family or couples getaway in the heart of the Mediterranean. Our properties surround the Bay of Pollensa and are enclosed by mountainous scenery which spans from the west to the north face of Majorca. So whether you are interested solely for a hot week away relaxing on the beech or prefer to spend your time hiking, cycling or taking part in numerous water-sports activities, the region is perfect for you.
The villa is situated just a 5 minute walk from the restaurants and bars of the pretty Mal Pas marina, where you can also find a supermarket for supplies and some fantastic beaches! The beaches of Sant Juan and Sant Pere are some of the nicest in the area and have remained popular with locals thanks to their tranquil charm. The Chiringuito on Sant Juan beach is the perfect spot for some tapas and a drink to cool you down during the day. The residential area of Cielo de Bonaire is also located just across the bay (or a ten minute drive) from the bustling Puerto de Pollenca. The town is definitely worth a visit for a stroll along the famous Pine Walk and a stop in the hotel Illa d’Or for a gin and tonic. The beautiful drive up to the Formentor lighthouse is also a must, with a visit to the famous Hotel Formentor topping our to-do list for the area. Picturesque Alcudia is also about 5 minutes by car. The 13th century town is perfect for soaking up traditional Mallorquin culture with plenty to do and see. We’d recommend a walk around the town’s fortified walls. The tourist hotspot of Port de Alcudia is another 5 minutes by car where you can find numerous bars and restaurants.
