With it’s 650m2 living area it is spacious, light and comfortable, decorated with a mix of modern and antique furniture where you feel at home from the moment of entering. Distributed on three floors, the ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, microwave, 2 big fridge-freezers, dishwasher and washing machine, a dining room, living room with fireplace, television and sofas, 1 double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor you will find 5 double bedrooms. There are two further bathrooms, a kids’ room with television and a big porch with lounge seats and stunning seaboard views at the sea. On the second floor you will find 2 more double bedrooms. On the ground floor there are two pleasant porches on either side of the house, one giving onto the swimming pool with all the necessary garden furniture and on the other side you will find a table tennis table and another seating area.
My name is Bas Dielissen and I am your host at Villa Maresme. After beginning my career in the tourism industry in Aruba, I went on to work for KLM Airlines in the Netherlands for several years. In 2000 I decided to start my own business in the hospitality industry in Holland and in 2012 relocated to sunny Barcelona where I now reside and run my company House Care Spain which provides a variety of property services for owners living abroad. It was through my company that I came across Villa Maresme; an ideal destination for both family holidays and business events located in the mountains close to Barcelona. Villa Maresme is located in Cabrils, a typical Catalan village just outside of Barcelona, and 2 kilometers from the beautiful beach! Cabrils is very well known of it's variety of restaurants.
