There are 2 x large double bedrooms, 3rd bedroom is situated adjacent to the master bedroom with bunk beds. En-suite to master bedroom, 4th bedroom with small double bed, So eight people can be accommodated. If required we are able to supply 2 x single fold up beds for the lounge, so a further 2 people could be accommodated (prices quoted are for 8 people). There are also 2 x travel cots and bedding, plus high chair, 1 buggy, bouncer, 2 x baby baths, changing mat, play mat, 1 x baby walker and a bumbo chair. Beautiful rustic style lounge, fully fitted luxury kitchen with water filter system. This villa had a complete refit inside and outside in June 2008 and is luxury in every possible way.
Having moved to Tenerife 10 years ago, this villa was purchased as my dream home. At that time my UK business was thriving and financing the refurbishment of the villa was not an issue. I spared little expense, used all the best materials, bought the best furniture and employed professional builders to carry out the work. My UK business failed and sadly for me was forced to rent out the villa. So when considering where you would like to stay for your holiday, please bear in mind this. The villa was never purchased to be rented out, it has been renovated with love and care, it is a lovely and relaxing place to stay, close to all amenities. The terrace is bathed with sun for 10 hours every day and its quiet and relaxing. I maintain it carefully and regularly invest in new fixtures and fittings.
The location is simply perfect, no need for car hire. It's quiet and peaceful yet still just a short taxi ride into the heart of town.
