A beautiful private roof terrace surrounded in glass for sea and mountain views so you can get a suntan in privacy but be at one with the natural beauty of the area. You have the added bonus of a self contained guest apartment underneath the main villa so perhaps you could bring your friends, parents, babysitters etc. This apartment is accessed externally so does not encroach on your privacy. A bigger terrace by the main entrance allows you to entertain your guests & a BBQ is on site for your needs. Separate utility room. The marble floating staircase is another unique feature of this modern villa.
I'm Mari the villa owner and I live in N Ireland. I'm an ex staff nurse and currently work as Director of a big local music festival in my town. I like to be sure guests are treated how I would like to be treated I bought both my villas 17 years ago & modernised them for my family & for rentals. I like to offer guests all that I expect myself from a holiday villa so I'm fussy about who manages my villas in my absence and I refuse to be a part of the big companies where often you're just a number. Instead I hand picked my manageress Corrine and her husband Ian (from the UK) who are such a lovely couple and live near by for your convenience. They do not manage any other properties so you only get a personal service. Besides this, I'm always contactable on here for anyone who needs me. I also own the next door villa "Casa Lola" which sleeps a further 12 - 14 people & both villas can be booked together for large groups so I often get wedding parties etc., although I do not take hen/stag parties as this is a residential area.
Orange Villa is in Punta Lara 1 which is a beautiful residential area opposite the beach which is only a 4 minute walk. When we were having the villa renovated years ago all our builders commented that it was set in the absolute best part of Nerja for the stunning panoramic views of sea & mountains + easy access to the beach. Nerja town centre is easily accessed via a walk along the beach and you can stop for a coffee en route should you choose to. Nerja town centre can be noisy in high season, but here in Punta Lara you can simply just chill out, relax and enjoy the beautiful Spanish sunshine and stunning views! There are only about 12 villas in our area but a short walk away there are many townhouses and apartments too plus a couple of nice bars which do great pub grub. There's also two hotels nearby where you can dine via their A la Carte menus. There is a communal pool around the corner with snack bars, sun loungers and a children's pool. My villas (No 2843805 for the other one on here which sleeps up to 14) are both safe & private. There is plenty of room for extended families to holiday together, yet be apart with their own private balconies and terraces.
