Hi there, Im your host Deborah, or Debs! I´ve been resident on Lanzarote since 2002 and met my husband, Daz, here in 2008. At that time, I was a Scuba Diving instructor working on the island, and he helped to maintain and renovate his families holiday villas here. He was also a Triathlete and trained to do Ironman and Ironman 70.3 races. We bought Villa Paraiso in 2011 and renovated it to host Triathlon and Sports Training camps, as well as vacation rentals. In 2011 we got married also, and in 2014 we had our first (and only) child called Maisie! We are a 2-(wo)man team who now spend our days improving, maintaining and looking after the Villa to ensure that your stay with us is one you will remember, and hopefully enjoy this beautiful villa as much as we do! We live close by to the villa so can be available to our guests should they require anything. We will meet and greet if possible (restrictions apply) and as we have lived on Lanzarote for many years, are happy to advise on things to do, places to go, and help with local reservations etc.

Villa Paraiso is in Macher, a small town on the South-facing coast of Lanzarote. It is situated approximately 3km from Puerto Calero, the millionaires marina with exclusive shops, restaurants, bars and boat trips. The Villa is also only 5km from Puerto Del Carmen - the nearest beach resort with 7km stretch of sandy beaches where you can swim, snorkel, scuba dive, jet ski or parasail, and the boulevard there has a vast range of shops, restaurants, bars, casino and entertainment. Macher itself has 5 lovely restaurants, 2 of which are within 100m of the villa. They range from Spanish tapas/grill-house to Michelin star A La Carte to local sociedad. There is a large Eurospar supermarket 1km from the villa that has everything you need, including fresh local produce, meat and fish counters. The villa is located just off the main road (LZ-2) which runs from Arrecife to Playa Blanca. The bus stop 50m from the villa is where you can catch local bus routes to all over the island.
