I am Sandra, born in Belgium but living already 21 years on the Canary Islands from which 11 years on Lanzarote. I live together with my Spanish partner Nano. I bought Villa Perla Amour in 2011 and renovated it completely to a very high standard. Since then loads of guests had a great holiday in Villa Perla Amour. Guests mostly are surprised when they enter the house and see from the living room the amazing view over the mountains, something you don't expect when you park your car in front of the house. The outside terrace-swimming pool area is loved because it's very private with loads of space, a great double lounge bed or sun loungers , and many games are played at the pool table and the ping pong table. The interior is very light, colorful and with loads of open space. There is a pink master bedroom with ensuite-bathroom, we have a black and white bedroom with integrated shower and double jacuzzi bath. A romantic Blue bedroom with integrated shower and a bedroom with 2 single beds. Every bedroom has free airco. A fully equipped kitchen with American Fridge for when you prefer not to eat in the very well priced restaurants in the neighborhood.

We put a lot of effort and money in the villas to maintain their quality, week after week. I check the villa before you arrive to make sure everything is in place and working. Besides the 2 villas we do some interior design and renovation work for other owners. I work voluntary for the Dutch consulate and the ANWB, an insurance company, to help foreigners when they have problems during their holidays. (Like translating in the hospital when people get ill) When I came for the first time on Lanzarote people said that the light of the island was always different and that there was only 2 ways to see the island: or you hate it or you love it and you will always come back.... and I must say that people are right. Lanzarote is a magical island and I see many repeat customers. I hope you will love it as much as we do.
Villa Perla Amour is part of the residential complex Bellavista. 61 semi detached villas with 500 square meters of ground. Every villa has high walls to give you all the privacy you need. The complex has a closed gate to enter with a code for your safety. We are on the bottom of the Montana Roja, from the complex you can walk the volcano up and see the crater and have great views over Playa Blanca, up to Papagayo Beaches. Walking to the Flamingo beach is about 15 min. or 2 min. by car. The beauty is that you can still park close to the beach. We are also close to the waterpark. And on walking distance we have a small supermarket for fresh bread in the morning. We have some great restaurants in town and a seafront walkway from one side of Playa Blanca to the other side. Taxi's in town are cheap. From the airport we do recommend car rental as mostly for the price of the taxi from and to the airport, the car rental is paid for. And the island has many nice things to see when you start driving around.
