The Villa Roque del Conde 2 belongs to the top class holiday homes due to its excellent location above the Costa Adeje and last but not least due to its exclusive equipment. It is only 5 minutes to the beach. On the ground floor there is a living room with open kitchen and separate dining area as well as a bathroom with shower and a separate utility room with washing machine. Upstairs there are the two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with bathtub and shower. One bedroom has a balcony and a fantastic sea view over the Atlantic Ocean to the neighbouring island La Gomera. In the morning you can lie in bed and enjoy the view to the sea! The living room has a flat screen TV with international satellite programs. WLAN for Internet use is available free of charge (fast fiber optic Internet). The living room has a sofa bed and offers a comfortable sleeping accommodation for 2 additional persons. The holiday home is situated above the Costa Adeje with a fantastic view over the whole coast and Playa de las Americas. When looking at the Atlantic Ocean you can occasionally see the neighbouring island La Gomera. In the evening you have a wonderful view to the sea of lights of the city. But also the view to the top is worthwhile: one can enjoy the mountain panorama to the Roque del Conde (Table Mountain). The location is very quiet and nevertheless central, as one can reach the beaches of the Costa Adeje and Las Americas in a few minutes by car. Also the picturesque harbour of Los Cristianos is not far away. A big attraction is the biggest water park of the world: the SIAM-Park and the neighbouring Aqualand. Shopping facilities are also nearby, you can get bread rolls on foot and then have breakfast together outside on the terrace. Las Americas is the tourist center with numerous bars, restaurants and sports and shopping facilities. The climate is mild and warm all year round. Other activities: thermal spa (SPA) and SIAM park nearby.
