One bedroom has a balcony and a fantastic sea view over the Atlantic Ocean to the neighbouring island La Gomera. In the living room and in all bedrooms there is flat screen TV, which receives all German TV programs. Das Ferienhaus liegt oberhalb der Costa Adeje mit traumhaftem Blick über die gesamte Küste und Playa de las Americas. Beim Blick auf den Atlantik kann man gelegentlich auch die Nachbarinsel La Gomera sehen. Abends hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf das Lichtermeer der Stadt. Aber auch der Blick nach oben lohnt sich: Man kann das Bergpanorama zum Roque del Conde (Tafelberg) genießen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und trotzdem zentral, da man mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten an den Stränden der Costa Adeje und Las Americas ist. Auch zu dem malerischen Hafen von Los Cristianos ist es nicht weit. Eine neue Attraktion ist der frisch eröffnete SIAM-Park sowie der benachbarte Aqua-Park Octopus. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls in der Nähe, Brötchen holen kann man zu Fuß und danach auf der Terrasse gemeinsam draußen Frühstücken. Las Americas ist das Touristenzentrum mit zahlreichen Bars, Restaurants und Sport- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Klima ist das ganze Jahr über mild und warm.
