It´s a Great Villa in a residencial area with salted water pool, BBQ, private garage, gardens, wifi, up to 6 guest. Awesome outside furniture to enjoy meals outside with a private barbacue around nice gardens and in a relax atmosphere in a recidencial area really quite. Great inside decoration perfect for families or couples with many different places to relax, sunbathing, reading, BBQ, dinning or just chill ;) The house is tastefully decorated, with many details. It has two private terraces, one in the entrance area where the grill is located. On the other side of the house one with large green area and access to the pool. The pool is chlorine-free (saltwater pool). Directly at the entrance is the large kitchen, equipped with many small appliances, oven, hob and dishwasher. From here you have access to the dining and living room. The living room has a sofa bed for additional guests. At TV you can get international channels. Wi-Fi is free. Also a Playstation 3 with games is available. In addition, the ground floor has a separate toilet. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms and one WC, one suite. The master bedroom has a nice balcony over the sea.
We are a family from Tenerife who loves to host travelers in our beautiful Villa. Villa Ka Lima was our home for many year and it´s full of details, comfortable and perfect for families.
The Villa Ka Lima is located in Santa Ursula, La Quinta, in a very quiet location in a Residencial area around great properties and the Spa Hotel next to us. Some nice restaurants walking distance and another awesome ones driving 5 minutes. You have your own garage for two cars with direct access to the house, which will very nice for families and discretion.
