Villa Tamia is located in Playa Blanca on the Spanish island of Lanzarote. This vacation rental property is air-conditioned and sleeps up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms along with private, heated, swimming pool. The property is walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Pool Heating Many of our villas in Lanzarote offer pool heating. This is provided FREE and is available from November until the 1st of May. (During the summer months it is not required as the pool is already warm.) The pool heating system raises the temperature approximately 3c to 5c warmer than a pool that is not heated. As per Agni Travel’s Terms and Conditions, all groups of travellers under the age of 25 years are required to pay the Refundable Security Deposit (RSD). The RSD is 150 EUR per person, and covers each traveller provide against damages and breakages. In case of any damages or breakages, Agni Travel will have the right to use the sufficient amount to cover the costs of replacements and repairs. Providing nothing is broken the full amount is refunded to the traveller after their departure.

Pros: The proptery was in a good location. The company were kind enough to allow us a later check out. The villa was unfortunately not clean when we arrived. The kitchen was badly kept and there was a chopping board that should have been binned some time age. It was filthy. There was only one tea towel provided and no dish washing sponge or liquid . The villa had lots of long brown hair everywhere. In the bed rooms, The bedding looked like it had been slept in before. The shower tray didn’t drain properly as the plug was full of hair. One of my friends got an ear infection from the pool water and was in pain for some time.
Contras: This villa was great value for money however the lack of cleanliness really let it down.

Pros: Matratze war gut, Pool war sauber, Küche groß und gut ausgestattet
Contras: Bei der Ankunft war die Bettwäsche in allen Betten offensichtlich nicht gewechselt worden. Das Leintuch war benutzt, wir fanden Sand, Schamhaare, Wimpern darin und mussten die Bettwäsche noch am Ankunftstag selber waschen. Die Bäder sind klein. Die Badewanne hat schon unübersehbar Rost am Rand. Man hört im Vorzimmer die Nachbarn - Gott sei Dank waren die Nachbarn in der Nacht leise. Wir haben keine Bedienungsanleitung für die Alarmanlage und den Safe gefunden und konnten diese nicht nutzen. Die Entfernung zur Promenade und zum Supermarkt ist ok, Die Sicht vom Garten geht Richtung Berg. Am Foto ist noch nicht das neue Nachbarhaus zu sehen.

Pros: La casa está muy bien, su distribución, y su espacio. La ubicación es buena, aunque has de contar con vehículo. Ideal para familias o para cuatro cinco personas. En líneas generales bastante contento.
Contras: Que faltara jabón para lavar los platos, que el plato de ducha no tragara bien, que la plancha chorreara agua, no funcionaba bien, y sobre todo no me gusta que haya que abandonar la estancia a las 10 h cuando la llegada fue a las 13 h.

Pros: Spacious, good size swimming pool, outside space, good location, parking, safe, self check in, barbecue, two bathrooms.
Contras: When we arrived we had to phone up and ask for clean sheets, the bedrooms lamps were missing. They said they would replaced them and never did. The fridge could have been cleaner. The outdoor table at the front had the glass cover missing so it made the all lunch experience very wobbly. However we had a great time and it’s a good property to stay in.

Contras: Didn't know before arrived that Villa was semi detached.

Contras: Los anfitriones solo hablan inglés, y había que llamar a un teléfono extranjero.
