We are Grandparents of 10 grandchildren which I think has given us an insight what families of all ages require for a relaxing holiday- the villa has been adapted with this comfort in mind and security for toddlers- all steps are protected by baby net gates so parents can relax and a big plus is the lockable gate to the pool . We have a tourist license and have been letting for many years the villa is furnished to a very high standard and our excellent management company do a full and thorough clean every 7 days inside + outside changing all towels and linen and provide twice wkly pool cleaning- we have a booking form for completion and require police registration forms for each guest over 16 years ( this is a new law in Spain)- after your booking is complete the paper work needed for your holiday will be emailed. We have a video and detailed equipment list we can provide upon request and also details of a reputable transfer company and reputable car hire company- although 90% of my guests do not bother with car hire we are just 700 metres from the nearest beach.
Villa Victoria is luxurious 4 bed/3 bath bungalow style with heated gated pool has been adapted for families with young children in mind PLEASE NOTE BED 4 IS ONLY SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN AS THE ACCESS IS OFF BED 1 Our gated heated pool is 8 x 3 metres and has a heat pump/solar/solar cover to achieve a year long temp of between 25-28 degree's - also for infants we have a little frog paddle pool and soft play mats. The position of the property is ideal for families without car hire- we are just 700 metres from Playa Bastian beach- 150 metres from lots bars and restaurants + 2 supermarkets and a lovely 15 min walk along the beach front into Costa Teguise main square. The villa sleeps 8 adults - 2 children + 2 infants in cots( bed 4 is only suitable for children as the access is off bed 1, for teens we have a fold up table tennis- wi fi- computer-Xbox- play station with games- also free use of 2 adult bikes with infant seats- double baby buggy - 2 low baby chairs- 2 high chairs- baby monitors, sonos music system,english TV, assorted child trikes/scooters/toys/trampoline/wendy house/slide/lots of toy
Villa Victoria is on a quiet street it is a no through road so gets very little traffic- the villa is private with high walls and set in a 500 metre plot with gated intercom - we have excellent restaurants just 150 metres away and also a great play barn/bowling alley in the Santa Rosa complex which is just 100 metres away- just 50 metre away is a playground and 10 mins walk away is an astra-turf footy pitch for teens flood lit. The water park for teens is a 15 min walk but taxi are also very cheap in Costa Teguise- we have a villa phone that gives you all free land line calls and to call a taxi to the main square is just 3.2 euro - the beach is just 700 metres away- 2 supermarkets 150 metre away- great tapas take away 100 metre away- lots of Indian + Italian take away menu are left in the villa along with 2 guests books providing all local places of interest. In the main square in town we have a Friday markets/veg market/ other stalls selling local produce on different days of the week- the time table you will find in my guest book along with the many excellent restaurants we have tried personally- Costa Teguise is a great family resort- with golden beaches and lovely walks.
