Villa Yucas

Pros: Es gab einen Nagelneuen Grill, den wir sehr gerne und oft genutzt haben. Die Villa liegt tatsächlich nur 1 Minute vom Meer entfernt. Vom Balkon aus kann man sogar das Meer sehen. Am besten fanden wir jedoch den Pool, der mitte der Woche während unserer Anwesenheit sogar noch einmal gereinigt wurde. Außerdem fand ich es super, dass uns Linda das Haus sorglos anvertraut hat und wir machen konnten, was wir wollten.

Contras: Im Bad waren noch einige Haare von den Vorgänger Gästen zu finden.

Pros: Lovely villa

Pros: Le logement était propre, l'accueil très agréable. Le chemin du bord de mer facilement accessible. Le supermarché à 2 mn à pied.

Contras: Ce n'est pas la première fois que nous séjournons en villa avec piscine privée, nous avons été déçus que celle-ci ne soit pas chauffée ou au moins couverte afin d'en profiter. Il nous a été dit que l'eau n'était pas potable, mais il n'y avait aucune bouteille d'eau au réfrigérateur (habituellement nous avons au moins de l'eau / jus de fruits voir plus). La RIEN. Le bruit incessant de l'évacuations VMC des cuisines du club d'en face (jour et nuit). Le manque d'intimité, la piscine étant côté rue, les passants, les bus et tous les logements d'à côté vous voient barboter ou prendre le soleil sur les chaises longues. Les chaines TV (quoi que très peu regardées) sont essentiellement en espagnol ou allemand. 1 chaine anglaise et 1 française (infos en boucle). Pour le prix nous nous attendions à mieux.

Pros: Tota la villa es troba en molt bon estat tant de neteja com la qualitat de les instal.lacions.

Pros: Todo. Desde la ubicación, las habitaciones y la comodidad.

Contras: Nada

Pros: La villa era realmente cómoda en todos los sentidos, amplitud, confort, tranquilidad,luminosidad, aireada, reúne todos los ingredientes para sentirse realmente como en casa,

Pros: Very comfortable for 6 people- not on top of each other and plenty of bathrooms and toilets. A good and well equipped villa - I could easily move in permanently and not need to buy anything, there is even a dishwasher and washing machine. It’s in a quiet side street near to a small beach and a 2 minute walk to 2 well stocked supermarkets. We had a hire car and always parked outside the villa without problem The management team are very helpful and obliging- we arrived at 23:00 hrs and she was waiting for us with the keys and did a tour of the property. Our flight home wasn’t till 22:00 so I asked about a late checkout which she (Linda/Raquel)said would be fine as long as there were no last minute bookings for our departure day - we were messaged the day before departure and given a free late checkout. It’s a good villa to spend a lot of your holiday in.

Contras: The pool is clean and in good order but is about 5 feet deep at all points - this is only an issue with children - we got swim floatation vests for our grandchildren from amazon for less than £10 and they were great

Pros: Spacious, well equipped place. Nearly on the waterfront, close to the fantastic beaches, near a supermarket, and in a quiet location. Perfect for a break away with the family.

Pros: Villa and location was great

Contras: Hot water needs to be sorted out, most of the week we had cold or luke warm showers

Pros: The villa was lovely, well equipped and the beds were comfortable.

Contras: The pool wasn't heated and villa had no heating so if visiting out of season it's quite cold.
