De origen gallego aunque residente en Lanzarote desde el 1998, y trabajando en turismo desde aquel entonces. Padre de dos preciosas niñas, aunque no las veo tanto como quisiera. Adicto a la música y las nuevas tecnologías, siempre ávido de escuchar nuevas canciones o probar nuevas aplicaciones.

Preciosa moderna villa con piscina excelentemente situada en Marina Rubicón, a menos de cinco minutos caminando de una gran cantidad y variedad de restaurantes y locales de ocio. Marina Rubicón es un exclusivo puerto deportivo construido en 2003, que cuenta con varios yates de lujo y se ha convertido en un centro deportivo, comercial y social del más alto nivel. Pros: Very contemporary and spacious villa. Excellent security and privacy. Wide space around the pool area and made good use of the lovely hot tub. Comfortable beds and plenty of towels. Well provided facilities like coffee machine, blender, toaster etc. Thoughtful welcome pack. Really enjoyed the Netflix availability.
Contras: Ants could be a problem if you leave any food around, but a spray was available to use to counter this. The shower in one of the bedrooms was very slow to drain.

Pros: The house is well located, within a 10 minute walk to restaurants and bars in the marina. Shops and supermarket even closer. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing and espresso machines patio well equipped with table, chairs and sun loungers, included shaded areas.

Pros: La limpieza ,las camas súper confortables ,tenían lo indispensable para recibirnos (frutas ,zumo ,aceite ,sal y todo lo necesario para empezar el día sin estrés ninguno ),la cocina bien equipada y todo muy cómodo )

Pros: Manuel was very helpful and told us many wonderful places to see in Lanzarote - take the time to listen to his recommendations - they are really worth seeing (Cesar Manrique's Foundation and house, Volcano del Cuervo, Jameos del Agua, Famara Beach, El Golfo, Bodega Rubicon for wine tasting and lunch - all stunning, thank you Manuel! The villa was very nice, clean and spacious with a nice pool and outside area was great with separate BBQ and chillout seating area. Nice lighting at night. Aircon great, no issues with hot water or toilets. Location a few minutes walk from Marina Rubicon, Playa Blanca - not the 'real Lanzarote' but some very good restaurants. For delivery Italian 'La Rustica' is faultless! '7 Sensi Pizza' in the marina, and 'Coentro' for a last night dinner! Fabulous five days.
Contras: Only two gripes: 1. The Bose bluetooth speaker in the villa had blown and was almost useless other than at almost inaudible level. We reported this and asked for it to be replaced but Manuel said it was ok and did nothing about it. We love music playing all the time and this was an annoying situation for us, which could have been very easily rectified - disappointing! 2. The automatic garage door broke on day 2 and was not fixed. The handyman set to 'manual' and it was not a big problem.

Pros: Very impressed with the property and facilities. Really great spot to enjoy some autumn sunshine. Plenty of space around pool and a few lovely shady spots too. Feels safe and secure but the marina inc. supermarket just a few minutes walk away. Quiet without feeling remote-would recommend!
