Pros: The view was amazing
Contras: Everything was poor apart from the view. Very dirty property, stained bedding, dead flies, and stained/ripped pillows and even found bed bugs! (All evidencesd in the photos we took). No hot water on the 2nd day and woke up to the villa being flooded due to rain! No response from the out of hours emergency team when we reported the leak. Check in and out absolute nightmare...they make you drive the extra 20mins to their offices to collect and drop off keys or charge you 60 euros to leave keys at the villa. No basics in the villa...not even hand soap! Only provided one loo roll. No basics that you expect from a holiday rental like coffee, tea or hairdryer! When I complained about all the issues to villa gurzman we didn't get an apology for how dirty the property was and was just told 'we don't provide any supplies'. The decour is awful...broken tables and chairs. In dire need of complete renovation. Staying at this villa completely ruined my birthday weekend away. Either we were extremely unlucky or the reviews on here are fake.
