Vista al Lago, meaning Lake View is a new Penthouse apartment located in El Raso , Guardamar del Segura. Part of the “La Luna” development, a small boutique complex with only 31 similar properties located close to the Laguna Salada del la Mata Salt lake and natural park. Vista al Lago benefits from a stunning view of the Lake and park as is located last in line of the development with uninterrupted views of the surrounding area. A fully equipped roof terrace of 760sq ft will allow you and your friends and family to relax in the Sun whilst enjoying the peace and tranquillity of the location. There is a Gas BBQ, Dining for 4 people and 4 Sun loungers. There is also power and water on the roof terrace for your use. There is a further private lower Terrace ideal for a morning coffee or evening glass of wine to watch the stunning Sunset with a comfortable sofa and table set to relax on. The Apartment is air conditioned throughout and has a fully equipped kitchen including hob, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave. There is a flat screen television and high speed broadband 200 + Mbps including wifi for your use during your stay.
Our television service is cable and currently provides over 300 channels. We hope you enjoy your stay and we will work hard to ensure everything is to your satisfaction. Our property is managed by Heidi at Choice Rentals who are located on the El Raso urbanization and will be there if you have any requirements during your stay. You will meet Heidi when you arrive to collect your keys and welcome you to the property. We chose La Luna for its intimate and boutique setting and hope you will enjoy the quiet setting. Only a short walk, drive or cycle from the property to Bars and Restaurants. Our favourite times at Vista al Lago is to enjoy the day on the roof terrace or around the Pool and then finish the evening cooking on the BBQ watching the Sunset followed by a glass of wine on the Terrace. Check out Time: please note that check out time is by 11am day of departure, however if we have a double change over on that day we would kindly ask that you vacate the apartment by 10am. The nearest beach is Playa Moncayo which is a 10 minute drive away, however we provide 2 adult cycles for your use which by following the Lemon tree road and crossing the N332 using the blue footbridge puts the beach about a 20 min cycle ride away. El Raso is well served by a number of restaurants and shops with plenty of choice if your wish to eat out during your stay. There is a bus service from El Raso to Guardamar del Segura which is 0.85 cents each way. Taxis are readily available if you wish to visit Torrevieja or further afield. Please note: If your arrival or departure is outside of the hours 10:00-17:00 there will be an additional charge of 25 Euros.
