Vive la vie is our beautiful home located in the wonderful Jalon valley, the views across the vineyards, almond and orange groves are absolutely breathtaking, we never tire of watching the sun come up whilst sitting on the upstairs terrace with an early morning cup of tea. The area is extremely well known with cyclists and walkers alike, however you can also enjoy a really relaxing break here too, with it being ideally located in the valley for its peace and tranquility, but the coast and its numerous picturesque resorts is only a 20 minute drive away, the best of both worlds for everyone and every kind of holiday. The house is located on two floors with a spacious lounge/dining area, fully fitted kitchen/utility area with all mod cons including dishwasher and fridge/freezer, downstairs cloakroom, three spacious bedrooms, the master having the benefit of an ensuite bathroom and access to the upstairs terrace with quality furniture and sunbeds, all bedrooms have ample wardrobe space and ceiling fans. The lower terrace has good quality furniture and a gas bbq The house benefits from full airconditioning and heating. There is a beautiful communal pool.

We love the views, the friendly locals, visiting the beautiful local Spanish villages located nearby, there are numerous and varied eateries located nearby. There is a weekly local market every Saturday, but there are numerous local shops and a supermarket nearby and we love a drive to the nearby coast with resorts to suit everyone, from bustling Benidorm to beautiful Moraira and El portet, where we love to sit overlooking the sea enjoying tapas.
Jalon itself has its own bodega, where all the local grapes are made into some really good wine, restaurants offering authentic Spanish food, a selection of local bars, shops, supermarket, post office, bakery, bank, garage, hairdresser etc Within easy reach are, Altea, Denia, Javea, cultural places like Guadalest. If you are in to cycling or walking you are spoilt for choice for organised cycling and walking groups, the area is used by a lot of the top cycling teams for training.
