Villa el Paraiso is a true paradise on one of the most beautifully situated green hilltops of the Jalon Valley, in an atmosphere characterized by peace, space and privacy. There is a swimming pool, jacuzzi, outdoor kitchen and flower-filled garden with no fewer than 10 terraces, so you can enjoy the breath-taking view from this luxury holiday home at any place. The untouched nature, surrounded by mountains, the colourful landscape and the beautiful wild vegetation of the almond and olive trees, bring you home at Villa el Paraiso on a plot of no less than 2400m2. You have a great view from the covered veranda at the villa, but you can also really enjoy the comfortable sunbeds from the large swimming pool. In the large park-like garden there are sunny and sheltered terraces for a glass of Sangria or a tasty tapas snack, several quiet places and yoga places with a yoga round for 10 people. The fully equipped covered outdoor kitchen with barbecue and 8-person garden table on the adjacent terrace is a popular place for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The romantic gazebo with its cozy furnishings complete this garden.

Within walking distance of about 500 meters is the authentic village of Parcent, which is surrounded by mountains and has a number of fine restaurants and nice shops. The town of Denia with its beautiful beaches and harbour is located in the immediate vicinity, about a 15-minute drive away. This is one of the older towns on the Costa Blanca with a rich cultural past. The Jalon, locally known as the Xalon Valley, has great nature.
