Pros: The location was great, pretty close to the centre. There is a really nice district near by with a bunch of restaurants (the whole alley). Also, enough supermarkets and one great public market. Best apartments that we rented, so far :)
Contras: No wi-fi (but it was expected), the host left the message about keys pick up really late so we needed to knock the door for some time and then to find wi-fi to read the message. But overall, not a big issue.

Pros: It was very welcoming to find there were a good selection of household items to help us to immediately feel at home.
Contras: The arrangements for the return of the deposit was inconvenient.

Pros: Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet, insbesondere die Küche, und ausgesprochen gemütlich und zugleich sehr praktisch und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Geschmackvoll, stilvoll und mit Atmosphäre. Es gibt einen kleinen mit Rosmarin und Lavendel bewachsenen Innenhof. Zudem einen Dachbalkon. Sie ist sehr zentral in einem Viertel mit vielen, eher von Einheimischen frequentierten Bistros und Restaurants gelegen. Zur Innenstadt etwa einen km zu Fuß. Oder man nimmt den Bus Nr. 7, in 50 m Entfernung, der alle 10 Minuten fährt. Tolle Shopping Möglichkeiten. Sehr hilfsbereite, effiziente und herzliche Besitzerin/Vermieterin.
Contras: Schnelles Wlan wäre eine exzellente Ergänzung, auch kostenpflichtig.

Pros: Perfekte Ausgangslage um Palma und Umgebung zu erkunden- Bushaltestelle in direkter Nähe-zu Fuß ca. 15 - 20 min die Altstadt .Wunderschöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Extrem gute Ausstattung in Wohnung und Küche-alles neu und hochwertig. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter.

Pros: Casa favolosa. Dotata di tutto e di più e realmente pulita e curata nel dettaglio. A circa 1 km a piedi dal lungomare e 1 km dal centro città ..
Contras: Il fatto che la sera si vada molto “a fortuna” per trovare un parcheggio nelle vicinanze/ essendo una zona residenziale

Pros: Very cosy and nice to relax in Palma! Minimalistic but with style, private terrace and rooftop, all necessary amenities... quite close to bars and good restaurants of Santa Catalina. It was quiet despite of a Saturday night on which neighbors celebrated very loud and long.
Contras: Wifi would be nice.

Pros: ruhig gelegen u. nach Spaziergang die Villalonga entlang, ist man in der historischen Altstadt, herrlich, wer nicht gehen mag, fährt mit dem Bus. Das Häuschen ist super ausgestattet, mit Liebe zum Detail, sehr geschmackvoll. Kleine Terrasse-sehr schön. Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert, Vermeterin sehr nett.
Contras: uns hat alles sehr gefallen

Pros: Лучшее место, где когда либо жил в отпуске. На Майорку стоит прилететь только для того чтобы пожить в этой прекрасной квартире!
