Pros: The property was in a great location, with great views of the beach and sea. There is a fantastic little pizzeria along the road, near the pharmacy that is extremely tasty and also great value for money.

Contras: Its fairly close to a busy road and can be quite loud at night. There needs to be a little more information on the facilities in the apartment available in writing.

Contras: Toisessa kylpyhuoneessa oli vesivahinko, yläkerran asunnosta tuli lattian läpi vettä (asiaa tutkittiin).

Pros: The apartment is great it is well kitted out, spacious and the view brilliant. Location of the apartment was great. The beds were very comfortable. Quality of the towels excellent It was a 10 minute walk from the shopping centre which was great. I would most definitely stay here again.

Contras: I marked the cleanliness of the bathroom down as there was a leak from the upstairs apartment that kept dripping all the time we stayed there. The owners did have the insurance company in to fix. The two showers do not seal properly and need to be fixed. The water goes all over the place and we spent quite a bit of time mopping it out. However if they fixed these there would be no problem and I would stay here again. I hope this is a temporary issue and will be resolved as this apartment is great otherwise. No tv channels - you have to use your own Netflix. If you don't have a netflix account you are at a disadvantage. Or the owner should have a Netflix account that tenants can use.

Pros: The apartment itself is great with great location between the sea and down town, fully equipped but the thing that made us upset is its cleanliness.

Pros: We texted Dominica on our way from the airport and she was at the apartment ready to let us in. She was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is in a brilliant location, minutes from the beach (accessed via a modern bridge off the street in front of the apartment) and minutes from the historic area of the city. The museum of modern art is a couple of minutes walk as is the old fort behind the apartment which can be accessed via the tunnel and lift (almost directly under the apartment). The city is lovely and we found it is mostly Spanish tourists around which was nice. Everyone was friendly and we loved walking around the old streets and promenade at night.

Contras: Not much really - the master bedroom is a bit small with only one side of the bed accessible and the sliding doors don’t open. There was also a bad sewage smell that kept coming and going and seemed to come through the ac but wasn’t to bad.

Pros: Вид с террасы и сама терраса. Местоположение. Оборудованы абсолютно всем( была даже яйцеварка и пляжные полотенца). Куча прибамбасов для маленьких детей. 2 санузла. Все соответствует фотографиям.

Contras: Периодически появляется небольшой запах канализации ( нас особо не напрягало).

Pros: Posizione centrale ad un passo dal mare,fermata del tram sotto casa,a 2 minuti dal centro...vista spettacolare appartamento bello!

Contras: Nulla tutto positivo

Pros: Perfect location for young families or single parents. Balcony lovely view over beach. calm beach - soft sand - water shallow far out - lots of children’s play areas. Short walk to beach - harbour- shops - restaurants. Two en-suite rooms are opposite ends of apartment. Air conditioned. Fridge- freezer - dishwasher- washing machine. There were 2 beach umbrellas- high chair. Had 2 sets of keys. Modern and comfortable decor and furniture. Comfy bed - full blinds and air con. Lift to apartment.

Contras: Perfect for young families or couples. Wouldn’t recommend for those wanting a party type drinking holiday as surrounding area more suitable for families- couples. Be aware is a steep little hill to get to the apartment- we managed fine with 2 pushchairs. There is a lift from beach level open from 07.30 till 22.30. Only complaint I would have liked a welcome pack on table saying..... WiFi password also how to use oven.... couldn’t use because the technology was beyond us even when googling) Lots of hot water but bit too hot..... scolding risk

Pros: The balcony, front sea view and kitchen area will make you want to buy the place. You get to look at the sea from your living room. A 5 minute walk takes you the actual water. My friends and I shared the cost of booking and it resulted being cheaper than other (less nice) facilities in the area.

Contras: Disclaimer for the end of June period: during the Hogueras most parts of the center of Alicante, including the area of the property, will be noisy day and night. In any other period of the year, this neighbourhood returns to its peace and silence.
