Apartamento en el Carmen (Na Jordana)

Pros: Heel gastvrije, behulpzame eigenaar die ons al stond op te wachten bij aankomst en informatie gaf over de stad en mogelijkheden. Ook vooraf en tijdens het verblijf goed contact via mail en app. Wij konden de bagage al in de ochtend kwijt. Omdat er geen andere gasten waren ook gelijk ingecheckt. Ruim, modern ingericht, erg comfortabel appartement op de eerste verdieping met alle voorzieningen. Prima bedden, veel kastruimte, twee badkamers met ieder een inloopdouche en toilet. Goed werkende airco’s. Een ruim terras, met tafel, parasol, stoelen, ligbedden en ligstoelen rustig gelegen aan de achterkant, en een klein balkon aan de voorkant. De ligging is in de leuke rustige wijk el Carmen met gezellige pleintjes en eettentjes. De hele Ciutat Vella is goed te belopen, maar evt. bushaltes om de hoek, ook een lijn naar het strand. Aan de overkant van het appartement zit een fietsverhuur bedrijf. Supermarkt op loopafstand.

Pros: Large apartment with sunny terrace (as from afternoon). In general a very good place to stay, lots of space, good location only a 10min walk to the center and right next to the Turia park.

Contras: Only one negative thing, during the night you hear a lot of noise from the street: cars passing, people talking loud, emptying of the glass container, unfortunately you could hear most of it. So if you are a bad sleeper this is not a good location.

Pros: - La facilidad que nos dio el dueño para la recogida y entrega de llaves - Muy limpio y luminoso - Wi-fi perfecto

Contras: - Que a una de las habitaciones (la mas pequeña) se accediera por otra habitación necesariamente - Que de las cuatro camas dos eran de matrimonio, eso sí, grandes.
