Pros: Great 2 bed apartment. Convenient location. Easy access by car with modern shopping centre and restaurants in easy walking distance. Just across the street from the flat is start of the 9km long Turia gardens abs parc.
Contras: It didn’t bother me, but my wife was disturbed by the noise from the trains. Personally I enjoyed guessing what type of train t was from the sons.

Pros: La pulizia in generale e viaggiando con la famiglia avere 2 bagni si è rilevato molto utile.
Contras: Magari far trovare 1 bottiglia d’acqua in frigo sarebbe una cosa gradita.

Pros: Lo práctico y nuevo que es, completamente equipado, tienen todo lo que puedas necesitar. Incluye el wifi y eso es un plus
Contras: La ubicación aunque céntrica no nos gustó por estar ubicado justo al lado de las vías del tren y un cementerio además de estar en frente de sumidero de la ciudad, algunas noches olía mal. Por lo demás todo perfecto

Pros: The apartment is airy, light and very comfortable with good beds, 2 well equipped bathrooms, air-conditioning throughout and a cute balcony where you can sit and have breakfast or a drink. Plenty of space to relax if you don't want to go out. We were able to bring our dog without any problem, which was great, and we enjoyed taking her for walks in the Túria, which is just opposite. Supermarkets and a few bars and restaurants nearby. Everything very clean and well maintained. Definitely recommended!
Contras: The only slight negative was that the kitchen was lacking a few things which would have been very useful (corkscrew, chopping board for preparing food, some kind of oven-proof dish) and there were only a few plates - not enough to fill the dishwasher before it had to be run! Also, there was only one dishwasher tablet left when we arrived. Other than that we found everything that we needed.

Pros: Todo, el apartamento está muy limpio y decorado con mucho gusto, tiene de todo, tanto para la limpieza, aseo etc, nunca había estado en un apartamento tan completo y limpio.
Contras: Nada, todo perfecto.
