Contras: Het kleine bed en het ontbreken van een haak in de douche om de douchekop op te hangen.

Pros: Nothing at all

Contras: The properties( 2 apartments) does not match the description given on Booking.com. The address and the actual location differs- there are several Gran via’s in Valencia.It is not Eixample area. It is next to train station. Check in is after 4pm as the host cannot make it before that time, however we were suggested for an extra charge of Eur 30 to get the keys from one apartment earlier. The check in to the second apartment still supposed to be after 4pm. Check out is before 11am. Inside the building- one elevator on the ground floor does not operate. So we had to go on foot with suitcases on the first floor and then take another lift which goes directly to the apartment! The lift is very old and extremely loud.The lift door in one of the apartments could not be opened from the lift . As said the lift is so loud that sleeping is nearly impossible- there s always someone using it , especially early morning. The air conditioner- there is air co only in the living room but not in a bedroom. So the information on the website is incorrect and misleading. No air conditioner makes sleeping in the bedroom ( which has no windows to the street- it is an “interior” room) not possible. In a addition, the host did not give us the remote controls from the air conditioners which made it of no use. It was not possible to switch it on. No instructions are given on the website as well as on the arrival. A lot of things are not working in the apartments. There was no hot water in the sink in bathroom . Apparently there is a leakage as there are towels and the bowl under the sink. The water pressure in both bathrooms is not enough to wash the hair. There was no lamp bulbs in the lamps in bedroom in one of the apartments . The washing machine was not working ( we were told that on arrival). There is no kettle in one of the apartments. The terraces are just a balconies. On of the balcony there were no chairs. The deposit of eur 400 is asked to be paid in cash.

Pros: Our appartement was just perfect: much sunlight, very clean and beautiful. It was very close to the city center and public transportation was easy to reach. The host is an extremely nice person. She can give you sightseeing tips and tells you where you can get the best food etc. The appartement is ideal for couples. We felt like at home:)

Contras: Klein, hard bed dat veel lawaai maakt telkens je je omdraait. De eerste nacht hebben we veel lawaai gehad van het systeem van de oude lift, waardoor we geen goede nachtrust hadden.
