Pros: Host is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is very nice either for a couple or a single traveler. Conditions were great and the location was very good as well, very close to the city center.
Contras: No complaints whatsoever.

Pros: This place was amazing! Best apartment I've ever stayed in during any trip in Spain. The place is truly a great apartment with a big, spacious kitchen and they even provided a bottle of wine and breakfast treats. The air conditioning worked well, especially necessary during the Summer months. There is a spacious living room with a TV and very cool British-themed decor. There is a spacious bedroom with a large queen-sized bed and plenty of storage in all of the rooms. The bathroom is big and spacious, and the water pressure in the shower was great. Wonderfully remodeled, and artfully done. Towels were provided, and the entire apartment was spotless. It really felt like a home, not just a room like in some B&B. The location cannot be beat! This is in the prime area of Barrio El Carmen, full of great bars, restaurants, and great nightlife. It's literally a 7-minute walk to all of the main historical attractions in Valencia, and getting to transportation is never more than a 10 min. walk. Amazing place, and the host was super friendly. She greeted me upon arrival, and walked me through how everything worked, including the washing machine, and actually took the time to explain everything to me. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Pros: Ubicación excelente, en un barrio amravilloso. Piso muy limpio y con todo nuevo. Los anfitriones son maravillosos, se adaptan a tus necesidades de llegada, te ofrecen todo tipo de ayuda, te ofrecen hasta bicis y te dejan todo tipo de detalles, como café, vino, cerveza, agua, galletas.

Pros: Estuvimos muy a gusto. Todo estaba perfecto, muy limpio y muy acogedor. Los dueños del apartamento muy amables. Nos dejaron unas bicis para dar un paseo por los jardines del Turia. La ubicación es buenísima Seguro repetiremos
