This wonderful, bright apartment is situated by the sea, 100 m from the beach, in the heart of the fishing village of Son Serra de Marina in Mallorca. The living area is about 100 m2, accommodates up to 5 people and consists of a large private entrance, hall, 3 rooms (of which 2 double bedrooms and a living room/kitchen with a sofa/bed), two bathrooms (one with shower, one with a bathtub), two balconies, fireplace and a patio on the ground floor with BBQ. From the balconies you can enjoy the wonderful views of the Mediterranean sea (northwest), the mountains (east) and the village. The home is fully equipped with high speed WiFi, TV, towels, pillows, sheet, duvets, hair dryer, iron and more. The new kitchen is equipped with a convection oven, induction hob, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle among other things. A cot and high chair is available upon request. If you bring a car there is free parking on the street just outside the entrance of the property.

There is a small marina, pharmacy, grocery stores and some amazing beach restaurants within walking distance. The gorgeous virgin beach Sa Canova, the famous restaurant El Sol and the horse ranch "Rancho Grande", are all nearby. Son Serra de Marina belongs to a nature reserve and there are no hotels here, it is a unique private area, perfect for couples, families, nature lovers, cyclists, hikers, surfers. If you are looking for quality of life, then this is for you. Son Serra de Marina is a truly precious place, situated in the Bay of Alcudia, in northern Mallorca, between the towns Can Picafort and Arta. It is a small, authentic fishing village surrounded by wonderful virgin beaches and a nature reserve. Some people say it’s the most beautiful place in Mallorca. Why? Perhaps because of the untouched nature, unique flora and fauna or because there is no hotel or commercial beach as far as the eye can see. If you like the idea of escaping the big crowds to chill out in the surfers’ favorite part of the island, then you will love this place.

Sa Canova is a 1500 m long virgin sand beach, situated between Son Serra de Marina and Colonia de Sant Pere. 1991 the area was declared nature reserve by the Parlament de les Illes Balears, because of the large number of archaeological rests and the diversity in flora and fauna, with the wetland of the mouth of Torrent de na Borges, where the biggest part of animals and birds of the Balearic archipelago live. This beautiful virgin beach has fine-grained sand, with shells, and some rocks here and there. The slope is very gentle, and there is some vegetation fixing the system of dunes at the rear (pine wood, scrubland, thistle, rosmarine or marine iris). This ecological richness of the landscape is only interrupted by some small abandoned houses and some channels which can be found between the dunes. The coast has sand and rocks, very low and it is not very deep, so that the navigators are recommended not to approach the coast to avoid running aground. The nearest port facilities are located at Club Nàutic Serra Nova, at 1,6 nautical miles. You can reach Sa Canova by foot, a few minutes walk from the residence.
