Apartment Sun & Light near the beach

Pros: The location was perfect - close to the beach but not right on top of it. It was also very quiet, even though it was quite central. The flat was comfortable and relaxed. Our contact was attentive and quick to answer any queries.

Contras: Unfortunately it was incredibly cold in the flat and it wasn't until the second night of our stay that we found the extra duvets! The back door was broken and the host didn't know so security was a little bit of a worry, but we were assured that it is an incredibly safe city and we had no issues. It's worth noting that one of the bedrooms is an open mezzanine so lacking in privacy!

Pros: la ubicación estaba bastante bien, la chica que nos atendió era muy atenta y amable, nos explicó todo muy bien, las camas eran bastante comodas y la decoración estaba bastante bien, la cocina estupenda y el salón tambien.

Contras: Faltaba limpieza en el baño, tenia arena en la ducha, la escalera estaba sucia y la puerta de entrada no abría bien, polvo en las estanterías, un exprimidor de naranjas con restos de naranja y el dispensador de jabon del baño no funcionaba.

Contras: sin aire acondicionado, es imposible estar en verano allí sin aire. Y la entrada al apto está muy deteriorada. Todo lo demas perfecto

Pros: Very nice rustic duplex apartment. Close to restaurants and the beach.

Contras: The shower water drained away very slowly. There were a couple of holes in the floor. Apart from that, everything was excellent.

Pros: Very neat and nicely decorated appartment close to the beach. Bike rental in the neighbourhood to take a ride to Valencia. Supermarket around the corner (Mercadona). Small but nice terrace outside

Contras: Not a big deal but appartment has no airco but fans, so can be at bit warm inside.

Contras: Tuulettimia ei ollut muuta kuin kattotuulettimet, yläkerran kattotuuletin oli liian heikko. Lisää tuulettimia olisi hyvä
