APARTMENT TIMPLE Puerto del Carmen

Pros: Fantastic location. Great host. Would definitely recommend!

Pros: Carlos attention to detail when he refurnished the apartment is outstanding. I am partially disabled and rented a scooter, there was no ramp, called Carlos and ramp was fitted without hesitation. The apartment was spotless, coffee machine was a godsend. Basic ingredients were there on arrival. Satilight TV & Netflix. 5 ***** to the Italian restaurant.

Contras: Going out in the evening people annoyingly asking you to go into their bar/restaurant.

Pros: Good location clean property recently renovated to a high standard, already made return booking. Communication with Carlos

Contras: Parking, do an advanced parking course before arrival 🤣 a bit tight and then some...

Pros: Excellent location, 2 min walk to the beech, bars, restaurants. Apartment was spotless with all the mod cons, even had all the Irish and British TV channels along with all the sports channels and Netflix. It has its own balcony from the bedroom with a view to the sea and and outside Lounge area at the rear which was ideal for relaxing in or if you wanted to do a bit of sun bathing. Carlos was very friendly and was there waiting at the apartment when we arrived, earlier than expected. Apartment is ideal for any couple of most ages (there is a slight hill to the apartment which could hinder anybody with mobility issues) and would have no hesitation in recommending it to any of my friends or family, On the morning of our departure Carlos arranged a taxi to collect us from the front door and even rang the taxi while we were in it to make sure we had been picked up... Would 100% stay here again on our next visit to Lanzarote..!!!

Contras: Absolutely nothing..

Pros: The owner had provided extra things like a hairdryer, an iron, beach towels. He left us a welcome bottle of water and a lovely jar of olives. The flat has AC which was lovely to come back to. Near the beach and cab rank.

Pros: Appartamento molto grande sviluppato su due piani, pulito e dotato di ogni tipo di confort. Posizione centralissima a due passi dal lungomare dove oltre la spiaggia si trovano locali di ogni genere. Proprietari gentili e disponibili. Consigliato!

Contras: La via è molto stretta ed è meglio parcheggiare nelle vie circostanti per non bloccare il passaggio. In ogni caso nel raggio di 5 minuti a piedi abbiamo sempre trovato un posto.

Pros: Amazing apartment,clean comfortable. Carlos very friendly had to wait for us as plane delayed. Very quiet good views of the sea from the top balcony. In the middle of PDC. Everything near . Would definitely return to this apartment

Contras: Nothing

Pros: Clean, modern, all the extras, never been in a better holiday apartment. Location was excellent, very central for all shops, restaurants, beach etc. but quiet street, secure building, the owner has everything covered, all tv Channels, Washing machine etc.

Contras: Nothing whatsoever. Perfect holiday accommodation.

Pros: This apartment is in a great location, it was clean and well presented.

Contras: missing some basic stuff in the kitchen like oil, pepper, spices, vinegar etc... missing towel to dry dishes. missing espresso maker
