Pros: La struttura è in una posizione ottimale per visitare Puerto de Carmen. Appartamento accogliente e pulito, proprietario gentile e disponibile. Consigliato caldamente

Pros: Luigi has made a real effort to make his apartment presentable! He also came to meet us personally to make sure that all was okay. Inside was clean, nicely decorated and well kitted out with good kitchen facilities, adequate bathroom (although the shower pressure was a little bit low), towels, bedding, plus a proper lightweight double bed with a comfortable memory foam mattress! There was also an electric fan. The sofa was also quite comfortable. There was an outside patio (not a balcony) with sun loungers plus table and chairs, which was in the sunshine from about 11am until 7 pm during August. The pool area, although not very big, was at no time over crowded. In fact it was very quiet!

Contras: The outside of complex was a bit rundown and would definitely benefit from a makeover. The apartment was quite dark inside due to no window in lounge area apart from a half glazed door. The apartment was also very hot without the doors open. The bedroom was quite hot, even at night with the fan running! It is not possible to see the pool from the apartment as it is about 80 metres away down several steps, surrounded by other apartments. The TV free channels had very poor reception or no signal at all! Although Luigi calls the apartment 'CARMEN', it is known by all the taxi drivers as 'HARIA' and this is also the name outside the complex! 'HARIA 11' (2)
