In the city centre of Valencia, just outside the historical centre is where Appartement Elsa Valencia is located. One of the two remaining ancient city wall towers, Torres de Quart, is just around the corner, as are the botanical garden and the cities largest public garden: el Túria. The house dates from 1890 and has a variety of remaining features left, for example the ancient tiles, the shutters and the beams in the livingroom. The apartment is about 80m2 big and has two bedrooms that accommodate 4 people, private bathroom, equipped kitchen and a spacious balcony. It is very atmospheric and bright. Supermarket right across the street, 7 min. walk from the metro and 20 min. travel to the airport. Restaurants, bars, bakery, busses in every direction: all very close. For your information: the given check in and check out times are target times. Depending on subsequent bookings you can check in early or late or check out late, if in consultation. Please note: there is free parking on the street, but not private. And there is guarded paid parking around the corner at Carrer d'Àngel Guimerà 9.
Since early last year I can call myself the lucky owner of my apartment at Calle Lepanto. That has been a long cherished wish coming true. I know Valencia since 2005 and the city immediately stole my heart. It is a pretty city, without being over'styled' and polished. It still has some rough edges to it and I like it. People are friendly and the food is amazing, which you can enjoy in the countless bars and restaurants. One of the many highlights is the central market, if you ask me. Everything with respect to food is available here, from snails to cheese and back. And as fresh as can be. It is a lovely place. And off course there are a lot of historical features you do not want to miss out on, the beach at biking distance, the beautiful parks etc. There is so much to discover! The apartment is very centrally located and at the same time the neighborhood is not overrun by mass tourism. You live as a local among locals staying here. That is why I like it so much. All features, museums etc are at walking distance and I will send you info on where you can rent bikes. In the apartment there is a pile of books on Valencia and a binder with all sorts of info. Contras: Net appartement, lekker dicht bij het stadscentrum. Verder alles keurig geregeld met vriendelijk persoonlijk contact met de eigenaar.

Pros: La chica de la limpieza muy amable. Cerca de los sitios.
Contras: La zona en la que se encuentra da un poco de desconfianza por el tipo de gente que hay, y hay que subir 4 pisos sin ascensor.

Pros: El apartamento se encuentra muy bien ubicado, tiene muchos lugares turísticos cerca, actividades culturales, supermercados, bares, restaurantes, etc. El apartamento está bien ambientado, tiene buena iluminación, las habitaciones muy limpias, la cocina muy buena, también hicimos uso del lavarropas, que nos vino muy bien, en fin provee de todo lo que puedas necesitar en una casa durante la estadía. Se siente la calidez y el cuidado que sus dueñas dan al lugar. Lo recomiendo bastante.
Contras: El apartamento se encuentra en el 4 piso, y no posee elevador por lo tanto hay que subir caminando. Para nosotros no fue un problema porque nos gusta caminar y mover el cuerpo. Pero, si tienes que subir varias maletas al llegar, y por ende bajarlas al salir del lugar hay una pequeña pero minúscula complicación, pero si ves el lado positivo, simplemente es una actividad física que viene bien al organismo.
