Big Flat at center of Valencia. WIFI

Pros: La posizione super centralissima e la tranquillità del posto

Contras: Forse la doccia del bagno andava un po rimessa a posto, ma nel suo complesso andava bene

Pros: Casa molto grande e in una posizione comoda per prendere i mezzi di trasporto.

Contras: Il bagno poco pulito. Con una perdita d'acqua dietro il water e lo scarico del lavandino intasato. Le finestre che danno sulla strada rotte.

Contras: hygiene

Pros: Right beside the bullring, the location was excellent as a base to explore the local area and further afield....close to Estacion Nord, Xativa metro and bus stop to Playa Malva Rosa. Two fantastic markets within a 10 minute walk. The host was very accommodating allowing an earlier check in and a later checking out to facilitate our flight times. We also asked for two sets of keys which host provided (though that need a couple of minutes jiggling in the door before it will open). There was ample air conditioning and fans which was definitely needed as the weather reached 30°. There were no interruptions from host or cleaners so our stay was peaceful enough.

Contras: However, it was quite noisy with traffic and people without much relief during the night. There was also renovation work getting done on the building so workmen were hammering from 8.30am most of the week. There were plumming problems I.e. the bathroom sink was blocked, the toilet screeched when flushed. The kitchen needs teacloths, teapot , wine glasses, chopping board and some oven dishes especially if you want to cook some of the wonderful produce in the local markets and have a pot of tea!!!. A few improvements and this accommodation would definitely get a much higher rating.

Pros: Volume très appréciable de l'appartement, climatisation, emplacement géographique, 2 lits simples pour les enfants, 2 jeux de clef, souplesse sur l'arrivée et le départ.

Contras: Toilette qui fuit de manière abondante, bruit coté rue, propreté moyenne, portes sdb + chambre non rabotée donc qui ne se ferment pas ou se bloque si on force, absence de bols pour le petit déjeuner.

Pros: It was a big flat, very nice location, it was clean and comfy with all the basic needs

Contras: We could no use the terrace. We travel with a baby and a trolley and the elevator did not work

Pros: La ubicación y lo espacioso que es el piso.

Contras: Lo único es que la llave se atasca, por lo demás no tengo ninguna queja.

Pros: L’appartamento è molto grande e davvero in posizione comodissima. L’accoglienza è stata perfetta. Ottimo per i bambini, si raggiunge comodamente la metro e anche i collegamenti con l’aeroporto

Contras: La pulizia della cucina

Pros: Perfect location, near to subway- and railstation, and historic central. quiet apartment, we could sleep well. The flat is really big.

Contras: The flat’s equipmnet is outdated, but this is an old House. purity was questionable... but Valencia is so beautiful. ❤️
