Big spacious penthouse next to the sea

Pros: Casa grande luminosa y familiar

Contras: Tercer piso sin ascensor

Pros: Great location, very close to metro station, easy to get everywhere by tube or even on foot. Commucative and well speaking English host with helpful attitude to his visitors.

Pros: Good location, Good transport links and the host was very helpful and accommodating.

Contras: Oven was dirty from previous stay, shower needs a bracket to hold the shower head in place. Toaster would be a good Addition.

Pros: Clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen.

Contras: Lots of stairs.

Pros: Only 3 minutes walk away from Metro and big supermarket Lidl The space of the appartement and it was very well equipped.

Contras: View outside the livingroom Many stairs to walk before you have reached the appartement

Pros: Хорошие, просторные апартаменты в тихом районе. Всегда был на связи Руслан, который оперативно решал все вопросы. Рядом большой супермаркет, где можно купить все необходимые продукты по очень хорошим ценам. Кондиционеры работали хорошо. На кухне есть все необходимое. Оставили в апартаментах свой пляжный зонтик для следующих клиенов, надеюсь пригодиться. Хотелось бы чтобы в будущем зонтики и класические тележки для продуктов были во всех апартаментах(очень удобная штука в Валенсии), учитывая иногда расстояние до супермаркетов. Вообщем все понравилось!!! Поскольку это старый район, то тратуары очень узкие:) Советуем эти апартаменты.

Contras: Апартаменты находятся на 4 этаже и нет лифта-для семей с маленькими детьми и пожилых людей, у которых есть коляска, будет проблематично подниматься.

Contras: La acogida del anfitrión fatal. Fue un self check-in. Tuve que esperar. Me entrego las llaves y se fue. No he podido comprobar que todo funcionaba. De hecho ni la caldera estaba encendida ni la TV funcionaba. Me aseguró que me mandaría a alguien a arreglarla y no vino nadie. Tres pisos por escalera si venís con maleta...

Pros: The apartment vad everything you need, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, shampoo and even sun lotion.

Contras: It was a little bit cold but we had one heater and the air conditioning so it war comfortable.

Contras: Shower was handheld...only needs a cheap bracket. No toaster...again not too expensive Not really next to the sea!!!!
