A beautifully decorated apartment in an authentic Valencian house. It's located on the first floor, without elevator! The apartment is quiet and calm, situated in a safe area of the old fishing district Cabanyal and just a few minutes walk to the beach. We decorated in a way to be cosy and homely, with floor to ceiling French doors to allow for plenty of natural light. Located on the first floor (no elevator), there are 3 bedrooms able to accommodate 6 people. As well as this, the sofa in the living room converts into a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher. There are some great restaurants and bars in the surroundings, as well as supermarkets and the local indoor market, Mercat Cabanyal which sells plenty of fresh produce. Cabanyal is one of the neighborhoods in Valencia that lies directly on the sea, near the main beach of Valencia, La Malvarrosa. This district is an old fishing district and is full of authentic fishermen's houses. This district has been Cultural Heritage since 1993.
