Pros: The apartment is very spacious and bright, it has all the necessary accessories. the hostess very friendly and outstanding at all times. Good tips to eat and see in Valencia.

Contras: there is nothing bad to say, only that it is 15 minutes walk to the city center, and there are bus and metro stops 1 minute walk

Pros: Apartamento amplio con camas muy cómodas, estaba súper limpio, muy luminoso, súper bien comunicado, con el metro al lado y parada de autobús en la puerta para moverse fácilmente por la ciudad. el apartamento tiene de todo, calefacción, mantas, utensilios de cocina, wifi, todo lo que se pueda necesitar. La propietaria súper atenta conmigo para todo lo que necesite y buenas recomendaciones. volveré sin dudarlo con mi familia.

Pros: Amplitud

Contras: No tienen calefacción, es bomba de calor y sólo en el salón, mis hijas pasaron mucho frío, sobre todo después de la ducha. El calentador se apagaba cuando estabas 10 minutos en la ducha, la propietaria no nos creyó hasta que mi marido se lo demostró. Y varias cosas más.

Pros: The apartment was clean and close to the bus station.

Contras: The apartment is situated in an ordinary building in an ordinary neighbourhood. There is no garden surrounding. There is no childrens playing area nearby the building. The park is at the corner of the street and doesn't belongs to the building. The pool presented in the pictures doesn't belongs to the building as well. The pool with the playing area is presented as if it belongs to that area. Totaly wrong! The pool is 500 meters far from the apartment and is the public pool of Valencia. There are no restaurants in 500 meters away. The pictures present a restaurant maybe from the beach. We couldn't find it anyway. The airconditioning couldn't been used because the evacuation was made in a bucket and it presented a risk for the neighbours above the apartment. Exept the bathroom and the kitchen, the apartment is painted in a hurry....revealing walls that show imperfections. The breakfast wasn't really a breakfast....there were maybe some snacks....we were a family of 2 adults and 2 children and we were supposed to eat 3 mornings only some cakes, chocolate croissantes and uht milk. That was impossible! It would have been beter to find some fresh milk, butter, some bread, ham, cheese....and more. I think the host must improve more on services. Please be aware when you choose an apartment and read all the descriptions....even enter the google street view...otherwise you will be dissapointed ....like I was....The host knows the problem because I wanted to cancel the check in....but she did't agree with that. I did had a talk even with Booking, but they didn't belived me because I did't had enough arguments. In the end I do not recommend......I fell like I lost the money and my free time staying in such an accomodation.

Contras: We were given the keys in the street in front of the eyes the residents of this low income block apartments. It is a two floor apartment (without elevator to carry the suitcases). The lock of the door leading to a patio was broken. American breakfast or buffet includes two pieces of cake, orange juice, milk and coffee. The garden is part of the public housing block. There is no reception, just the landlord and his/her mobile. The casino, the pool and the spa center are independent businesses in the nearby area. We could not find in the apartment the following facilities described in booking.com: dvd player, PS3, Nintento wifi, laptop, elevator, board games, books dvds for children.

Pros: The apartment was very clean and tidy....and had 3 bedrooms rather than 1 as described. Only 15 min walk to centre of Valencia.

Contras: The facilities are VERY misleading... There is NO POOL... the pool that is available is 2 streets away and you have to pay to get in. There is NO bar or reception area....we were met by a lady who gave us one set of keys between 7 people....she only spoke Spanish. Be aware that if you have small children the windows have no grills and is a long drop. The area without sounding snobbish is very poor....however only a 15 minute walk to the center. Choice of breakfast was a few cakes and a coffee machine....or chocolate drink that was in the kitchen.

Sistema de aire acondicionado solo en salón. Falta de enchufes. Falta de armarios en habitaciones pequeñas. Esta en trayectoria de descenso del aeropuerto con lo cual se escuchan aviones. Barrio Pichi picha. Mampara del cuarto de baño se sale agua y entrada estrecha, no se yo una persona gruesa o con minusvalía si entra por ahí.
