There is one flat on each floor, so you are gonna enjoy your stay with a total privacy. Our street is very luminous, quiet, and very good connected with the main monuments of the city, supermarkets, parking, metro, train and bus stations. "Casa Los Peces" has everything that you need for a comfortable stay. It is an apartment/loft of 46 m2. Kitchen is fully equipped with: fridge, microwave, oven and electric stove, Braun juicer, Nespresso coffee machine (makes coffee, tea, cocoa), crockery and cutlery. There is also a new Toshiba air conditioning machine with warm and cold air. Bedrooms have electric Delonghi radiators, bed linen, warm blankets (nordic). Regarding the bathroom, has quality bath accessories (L´Occitane gel, hand soap, and body cream), towels and hairdryer. You can relax and spend pleasant moments in the cozy living room with TV and very fast fiber optic WiFi Internet. This neighborhood is mixture of traditional, modern and bohemian, with the best of the historic architecture of Valencia. We are in the medieval zone, living with the monuments like Quart Towers, Central Market, Lonja, Town Hall Square, Turia River Park and city museums (MUVIM, IVAM Contemporary Art, History Museum, Colegio del Arte Mayor de la Seda,...) Three minutes walking from the house is the Central Market of Valencia, where you can buy fresh and delicious products cooking them at home, or having a cup of coffee with fresh bakery. Nearby are supermarkets, and all type of shops. In the neighboring streets you can also rent a bicycle, or take a Segway tour.
