With all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay- fully equipped kitchen, a large living room, with soft and comfortable beds, with care for the children. There is a wi fi at 500 MBs in the whole apartment. It is only a 1.5 km walk from the old town, where you can learn about culture and see the most important monuments. Ideal for couples, families or business trips, very close to the Marxalenes Park. Located on the first floor, all rooms are bright, with natural light and overlooking а quiet street on which the building is located, in a quiet neighborhood. There are many opportunities to park on the street.

Nearby there is a supermarket Consum 100 m and a supermarket MERCADONA 100 m. At 300 m from the apartment there is a two stars Michelin restaurant-Ricard Camarena and bakery Pasteleria Marchalenes in about 50 m. At 20 meters there is a Merxalenes metro line 4 stop with direct access to Malvarosa Beach and the port, and by getting to Benimaclet stop on line 3, you can get to the airport in about 40 minutes or to the center in 20 minutes at the Colon stop. At the Xativa stop, you can get to the Nord train station. In the other direction, line 4 go directly to the Palau de Congressos i Fira Valencia.
