Colón Market Downtown

Pros: Excellent location for walking to the old town and Science park (10-15mins each) whist being only a few minutes flat walk to Turia park in one direction and Colon metro in the other (with direct access to the airport on lines 3 and 5). The Colon Market converted to cafes and restaurants is on the same street - a few minutes away. Alongside the market there is a large supermarket (Comun). The apartment is spacious, modern, very clean and comfortable and provides all that is necessary for cooking alongwith with a few nice extras, such as a Nespresso cofee machine (pods sold in Comun supermarket). Having two separate toilets was useful, especially with 3 people staying.

Pros: De locatie, appartement perfect voor 4 personen. En onze host Santiago was een topper. We konden onze bagage voor check in tijd alvast in het appartement doen. En ook met het uitchecken.

Pros: Excelente ubicación, limpio de 10, super cómodo en todo y con un anfitrión encantador. Está de 10 salvo lo comentado antes (q si se arregló ya pues sería impresionante). Pegando a los jardines del Turia. Una maravilla de alojamiento

Contras: El wifi un día no funcionó y tampoco permitía en diversos momentos la conexión a movistar+ para ver sus canales y programación. Además, por un problema de antena de tv, no pudimos ver la tv en todo el fin de semana. Espero que el antena fuera el lunes pq el sábado q debida ir no apareció.

Pros: Great location, 5 minutes from Colon metro and 15 minute walk to Valencia's football ground. Nice and spacious apartment, very clean would stay again. Host was there to meet us and offer any help.

Pros: This apartment had two bedrooms and two bathrooms plus a dining/kitchen area and living room, so lots of space to spread out. The host lives right across the hall, so it was so easy to meet up with him to get the keys. There is an elevator to bring things up to the apartment, which is really handy. There are lots of nice extra touches here, like lots of towels on-hand, laundry soap, nice hand soap at all the sinks, etc. - even some toys for the kids to play with! The location is really convenient - lots of food, shopping, and sights nearby. This was a truly wonderful place to stay!

Contras: You have to use the key to lock the deadbolt on the door, which means if there is an emergency, you have to use the key to get out of the apartment. I prefer locks where you don't need to use the key to unlock them from inside the apartment.
