A well planned modern and bright apartment on ground floor with open floor plan and two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Master bedroom with en-suite and a double bed. Guest room with two single beds and adjacent bathroom. Living area with dining table, sofa, armchair, flat screen TV.
I love playing golf and the area around Santiago de la Ribera is like a golfer's paradise with 20 fantastic courses within 1 hour's drive. I also love cooking and wine! Within 1-1.5 h drive you will reach the two great wine districts Jumilla and Yecla with great wines! Just visit and enjoy!
Santiago de la Ribera is a nice small town at the Costa Calida coast - "the warm coast" and Mar Menor - "the small sea". It keeps its warm, local, genuine atmosphere as a fishing village with a modern infuence. The 2 km long beautiful beach walk is flanked be majestic palm trees and white sand. A long the walk, there are numerous bars and small restaurants, to enjoy lunch, an ice cream or a refreshment close to the sea. Many cozy restaurants can be found in the small streets and neighbor hood. The lively and colorful local market is open every Wednesday. Here you enjoy 320 days and 3,000 hours of sun each year. The mild breeze from Mar Menor and the special micro climate with not too hot in the summer and not too cold in the witner makes this into a place you want to stay all year around. According to WHO, Costa Calida has the best climate in Europe.
