Pros: Host assisted with taxi booking and was very helpful to resolve electricity issues that we've encountered in this flat.

Contras: Dirty, filthy freezing cold apartment. Instead of heating we had 1 small heater we could barely warm up 1 room, so we had to all sleep in the same room, other rooms were unusable. 1 weak aircon could not warm up the whole apartment. At the end we all got sick, none of the windows is closing properly, and there are holes in the walls for ventilation which cannot be closed. The floor is cold tiles, not hardwood as it might seems from the pictures. We could not dry clothes for several days due to the the cold temperature in the apartment. Had to use paid laundry (tumble drying) facility in the area. Flat was very very dirty when we arrived. Towels, sheets, sofa - old, with spots, disgusting to use, dust everywhere (pictures attached). Only 2 blankets for 4 people. Very disappointing.

Pros: The host greeted us on arrival and kindly responded to e-mails during our stay very quickly. The apartment was very clean.

Contras: 1. Das Licht im Flur funktionierte in den ersten drei Tagen nur im Erdgeschoss, während die Whg. in der 2. Etage war. Daher hättte ich mit abends im Dunkeln beim Verlassen der Wohnung die Beine gebrochen. 2. Die Toilettenbrille wackelte extrem. Man musste sehr aufpassen, um nicht wegzurutschen. 3. Die Türklinke in dem einen Zimmer klemmte, so dass man die Tür auflassen musste, um nicht eingesperrt zu sein. 4. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht. 5. Duschen am Ankunftstag war nicht möglich, da die Reinigungsfrau die Handtücher bei unserer Ankunft gerade erst in der Waschmaschine hatte. Es dauerte 1,5 Tage, bis diese trocken waren. 6. Auf dem Küchenregal, wo die Trinkglaser standen, war viel Staub. 7. Der Badvorleger war völlig verdreckt. Vor der Haustier musste man sehr aufpassen, nicht in Hundehaufen zu treten. Diese Unterkunft kann ich in keinster Weise weiterempfehlen!

Pros: The property was clean and tidy, the furnishings were basic but we had everything we needed. The location was perfect for us as we love walking, approximately 30mins to old town and arts and science district. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The host arranged our taxi to and from the airport, which was great (€22 each way) and the driver had the key to the property. We had a fabulous holiday in this beautiful city and can’t wait to return.

Contras: The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor with no lift so unsuitable for people who are unable to climb stairs. The light in the stairwell was not working which made it very dangerous when returning in the evening, the torch on our phone was indispensable. We did report this to the cleaner on the first evening, she advised someone would come the next day, but this was not the case. The property would benefit from storage space in the two single bedrooms as there are no cupboards, drawers. Additional mirrors would also be useful, currently only one in the bathroom (maybe in the hall near plug socket so you can utilise whilst drying your hair). Small things but would make a big difference.

Pros: Dobrze wyposażony, duży apartament, łatwy kontakt z właścicielami, w okolicy dużo sklepów, barów i restauracji.

Contras: Okolica obiektu nie jest zbyt przyjemna, obiekt znajduje się dość daleko od plaży.

Pros: Spazioso, in 4 ci siamo stati bene. Posizione buona, alcuni quartieri raggiungibili a piedi altri con pochi minuti di taxi. Arredato bene, nuovo, condizionatore efficiente.

Contras: Manca balcone, le finestre della cucina danno sul terrazzo dei proprietari sotto, attenti a non sbattere le tovagliette fuori senza guardare perché le briciole cadranno in testa ai vicini. É capitato di sentire puzza nell'entrata, come se risalisse dalle fognature.

Pros: Excellente location! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’emplacement, proche de tout, et l’appartement spacieux, propre et récemment rénové. La propriétaire est très gentille, nous y retournerons sans problème!!!

Contras: Difficultés pour se garer aux alentours, manque de rangement dans la salle de bain.
