The Gimenez apartment, located on an 8th floor with elevator, is very bright and has recently been decorated. It is necessary to go up a set of stairs from the building's entrance to the elevator, and a second set of stairs from the elevator to the apartment's entrance door. It boasts a splendid private terrace with plants, a table and chairs and exceptional views to the park. The street and area are very quiet. Immediately after entering the Gimenez apartment you find yourself in the large and comfortable living/dining room with direct access to the splendid private terrace. The living room has a large and comfortable sofa which blends in perfectly with the brightness and modern-day style of the apartment, all in white. The kitchen opens up onto the dining room area. It is modern and completely equipped to guarantee that guests can cook any meal. The main bedroom is large and bright and has a double bed. The bedroom also has sufficient space for guests to store their luggage comfortably in a modern wall to wall wardrobe. Next, guests will find a second very light bedroom with two single beds. Partial A/C in the apartment. From this bedroom, you have access to the laundry area.

The apartment Gimenez is situated in the most entertaining and chic neighborhood of the city. Where, you will find a great selection of bars, clubs and restaurants, without even having to leave the historic neighborhood of Valencia. It is situated very close to the cathedral, the central market, the botanic garden, the IVAM, MUVIM, etc…everything within walking distance. You have comfortable and rapid access to the beach, to the new port of Valencia and to the city of arts and sciences, using public transport near the apartment. In addition to this, the biggest local park in Valencia is located next to the apartment; called “Antiguo cauce del río Turia”.

Pros: El Carmen als wijk met de restaurants
Contras: De tweede slaapkamer heeft geen airco, het ging nu net met de propellor. Geluid vh verkeer hoor je ook s nachts. Het uitzicht (mooi) wordt beperkt door de stenen muur... de sleutels haperden.

Pros: La posizione centrale all'interno della zona pedonale e storica della città consente la visita di Valencia senza preoccupazioni di mezzi pubblici o autovettura, il terrazzo sul tetto con vista a 360°, l'aria condizionata, sono i punti di forza di questo appartamento.
Contras: Peccato non aver trovato abbastanza cuscini per i letti. il parcheggio per la macchina, essendo zona pedonale non è consentito per i non residenti e quindi tutte le sere diventa complicato trovare un parcheggio nel quartiere vicino. Potrebbero trovare un sistema per consentire agli ospiti di sostare come i residenti.

Pros: Ligging in El Carmen, centraal in Valencia oude centrum, groot balkon, lichte woning, lekkere bank, rustig. Airco aanwezig in huiskamer en ouderslaapkamer. Op kleine slp kamer fan aanwezig.
Contras: Het tweepersoons matras zakte wat door naar het midden (smal 2 pers. Bed). Helaas was de zonwering op het balkon kapot( lag op de grond) , we konden hierdoor in de ochtend helaas niet buiten ontbijten en overdag niet op het balkon zitten omdat het al te heet was ( eind juni overdag 38gr). Er was ook geen parasol en we moesten binnen zitten met rolgordijnen naar beneden vanwege zon. Balen.
5.4De mooie ligging maakt gedeeltelijk de tegenvallers goed, maar vernieuwing is nodig!

Pros: De locatie van het appartement was erg goed. Het appartement ligt op de 8ste verdieping en is met de lift bereikbaar (behalve 2 kleine trapjes voordat je de lift neemt en naar het appartement toe). Het heeft een mooi groot terras met een mooi uitzicht op de stad en de oude rivierbedding. Het appartement heeft airco en een vaatwasser.
Contras: Voor 21.00 uur moet je de sleutel van het appartement op een andere locatie halen op 10-15 min lopen van het appartement af. Na 21.00 uur wordt je opgewacht in het appartement (wel extra kosten van €30). Wij kwamen aan na 21.00 uur, maar na contact met de verhuurder toch de sleutel op kantoor moeten halen. De faciliteiten vielen tegen in het appartement. Het gehele appartement is aan vernieuwing toe. De badkamer is oud, in de douche zijn sommige kitranden beschimmeld, als ook meerdere voegen, de waterdruk is slecht (na 10 min douchen nauwelijks warm water (druk) meer) en kastjes/ handdoeken leggers waren niet goed schoongemaakt. In de slaapkamer staat een veel te klein 2 persoonsbed (140cm), met 1 matras, waardoor je naar elkaar toe rolt (bij gewicht verschil). De woonkamer is ok, echter mag het beter schoongemaakt worden en het heeft zeker een likje verf nodig. Het terras mag beter onderhouden worden; het moet worden geverfd (muur en hekje bladderde verf af), planten zagen er niet goed uit en overal onkruid tussen, meubels waren oud en tafeltje zat een barst in en tegels mochten eens goed geschrobd worden/vervangen worden. In de zonneluifel zaten verschillende scheuren/gaten.

Pros: In het appartement was werkelijk alles aanwezig je greep niet mis.
Contras: Eigenlijk niets alleen jammer dat we de gehuurde fietsen voor 3dagen niet kwijt kon in het appartement.
