This bright and modern apartment enjoys a strategic location right opposite the Mercado Central, close to the top tourist attractions in the centre of Valencia. The Mercado Central apartment boasts an original contemporary design and it’s laid out on two floors connected by different flights of stairs. Located on the 2nd floor of a building with NO lift, this modern 90m2 apartment can comfortably sleep groups of up to 4 people. On entering the apartment to the right, a flight of stairs leads down to the first bedroom, provided with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. This room features a large window and lots of storage space for your belonging. A flight of stairs (9 steps) to the left of the entrance, leads down to a modern open-plan kitchen provided with all the appliances and utensils you may need during your stay. The kitchen is integrated with the living/dining room with sofa, TV, a modern dining table for guests to gather around and 4 balconies overlooking the Mercado Central. The apartment has partial A/C. A door in the dining area leads down (9 steps) to the second double bedroom with private bathroom. The shower and WC, each have their own access door

The Mercado Central apartment is located 5 minutes away on foot to the main arquitectural attractions, for example: the Plaza del Ayuntamiento (the City Hall Square), right next to the Central Market, the Plaza de Toros (bull fighting ring), the historical Train Station. At a 10 minute walk you will find the Cathedral and the historical neighborhood of el Carmen. Without leaving the historical center, you will have a great selection of bars, restaurants, and discos that you can enjoy during your stay.
