Pros: great value for money good location with plenty shops restaurants supermarkets etc center 15 min walk and the beach and valencia port 15 min bycicle or us ride

Pros: - Flessibilità con il check in e check out - Centro storico raggiungibile a piedi in 10/15 minuti - Posteggi gratuiti in zona

Contras: La camera per due forse è piccina ma nulla di così terribile, molto peggio invece non avere nemmeno una finestra dove si dorme...sembrava un ripostiglio!

Contras: Que se escuchara la cama demasiado, al sentarse, al hacer el acto coital... Etc

Contras: I haven't noticed that check-in time is between 19,00-21,00 - really ridiculously! The room does not have a lock and obviously the owners do not intent to provide them, so it's questionable how this room can be offered as a private accommodation for guests...The arrogance of the owner, connected with the expectation that me as a guest should bring own lock for the room I paid for, is really absurd. The room does not have even lamp and even it's called "deluxe room" there is no window to the outside - only to the laundry room. There's no light at the corridor and overall the flat is not adapted for guests and their basic needs. The shared living room with TV was not provided as is written in the description of the accommodation. I usually do not have a problem with accommodation at private places (that's the flat of the owners), but that was bad experience.

Pros: La encargada es una persona muy agradable dando un excelente trato a las personas

Pros: Il bagno era provvisto di bidet.

Contras: Una delle 2 prese di corrente della camera era non a norma (e infatti ha fatto saltare la corrente)
