The apartment has a spectacular vista across the Mediterranean, encompassing both of La Manga's lighthouses and the Isla Grosa. It has unique views over the Channel between the Mediterranean and Mar Menor, so close that you feel you can almost touch the yachts as they line up for the Bridge of Estacio to open. There is always something to look at, as the scene is ever changing with fishing boats to catamarans and yachts on their way to the Tomas Maestre Marina. The Apartment is well apportioned with a very roomy lounge and modern decor sympathetic to its beach setting. Step outside the building and the beautiful beach looking on to the Mediterranean is only 25 meters walk. Walk 25 meters along the channel and you find a small hidden beach cove with views over both seas. There are some lovely items in the apartment to enjoy and use; a record player, binoculars, a blue-tooth speaker to listen to your own music and a flat screen TV with Chrome Cast so you can watch Netflix as well as terrestrial channels and Paramount. The bedroom opens to the balcony so can you are able to enjoy the view as soon as you wake and where you can see the colorful evening sky and Marina lights.
Hi I am Sarah, this is our beautiful flat which we hope you love as much as we do. It is in a unique and lovely setting where you can just park the car and walk to everything you need. whether its the lovely pastries and empinada from El Puente local shop or walking across the Bridge to visit the Marina and pick from its many eateries and bars. There will be a local Spanish speaker to greet you and we are happy to hear from you directly to make your stay as nice as possible so that you will want to return and enjoy future holidays. Suggestions will be welcomed and we always wish to help. Our greeter is very pleasant, friendly and experienced and will help or direct you to me so we can resolve any issues. You are welcome to use all the items such as the record player, but please read the instructions first so that damage is avoided.
