Accommodation offered in our home is a non smoking large bedroom on the ground floor with adjoining large shower room. The bedroom consists of a double bed, double mirrored wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed side tables, chaise and television. Tea and coffee making facilities, a fridge and hair dryer are also provided in your room. A choice of either English or continental breakfast is included in the price. You have full use of our large roof terrace with wonderful views of the mountains and surrounding countryside. The roof terrace has rattan furniture, sun loungers, dining table and chairs, fire pit, canopy and parasol to provide shade. Parking is directly outside the property. Laundry service if required, is available for a small charge. A selection of local bars and restaurants are less than a 5 minute walk along with the Tourist Information office, medical centre and sports complex consisting of swimming pool, bowls club and crazy golf (charges apply). The beautiful sandy beaches of La Marina stretching for miles are a 5 minute drive. Alicante airport is a 25 minute drive

Less than a five minutes walk, there is a tourist information office, sports complex with swimming pool, medical centre, police station, bank, several restaurants, pubs, cafes and in summer a bus stop to take you to the beautiful sandy beach. There are also local markets on Saturdays and Thursdays.
