Pros: El piso muy limpio, reformado con mucho gusto. La atención perfecta, es piso ideal ya sea para ir con amigos o família. Relació calidad/ precio perfecta.
Contras: La única pega es la escalera. Mal conservada, la luz no funcionaba y es hiperestrecha (no cabe un carrito de bebé abierta).

Contras: Difícil acceso al piso, escaleras muy estrechas para subir con maletas. El calentador de agua no funcionaba correctamente.

Pros: first of all, it's got an excellent location. very close to the serrano gate. it is also a short distance from many historical squares, tapas bars, supermarket, restaurants and the central market. so a great place to tour the city. kitchen, bedroom and living area are just fine. the beds were comfortable. the host is wonderful. she is extremely helpful and helps quickly in every matter. we stayed with our 4 year old son, we walked everywhere and were very comfortable. Definitely a place to stay in Valencia by feeling like your own home.
Contras: The stairs are very small because it is an old building. Climbing stairs with a child can sometimes be difficult. The same problem goes for the bathroom especially the shower area is very small. Hot water can sometimes cause problems. But all these are not problems to deal with.

Pros: Appartamento dove si trova tutto l'indispensabile per viverci. In pieno centro vicino alla movida ma in una stradina secondaria dove i rumori della folla e dei bar vengono molto attutiti. La gentilezza della proprietaria è la ciliegina sulla torta...
Contras: Non una critica.. un consiglio.. la scala di accesso al secondo piano dove c'è l'appartamento è difficile da salire per chi ha difficoltà motorie serie..

Pros: The apartment was really nice, with attractive decor and a good location!
Contras: The shower was cold. We didn't let the host know as we were only staying one night and it was late, so we can't blame him for that

Pros: Le propriétaire était très sympathique et compétant. L'emplacement est parfait, on a tout fait à pieds (et vélo). L'appartement est bien équipé, lit est confortable; Dans cuisine il y a tout c'est qu'il faut !
Contras: La douche est très petite !
