Marina Real- Playa Apartment

Pros: Very clean and tidy apartment with most of what you need for a self catering stay. Plenty of room - It's like a large bungalow on the top floor with two balconies. The area seems safe, the locals are friendly and welcoming. Located a short walk to the sea front. Plenty of grocery shops, ATM's, cafes, and restaurants in the area. Transport is fantastic - buses pass every few minutes and the trams/subway are a short walk away. You can quickly and easily get to anywhere in the city. The hosts are friendly and helpful, even without speaking much English.

Contras: The wifi signal was poor at the rear of the apartment. The aircon was in the rear bedroom only, and was not good at cooling; it would not be effective in very warm weather. (However, there is a nice breeze going through the apartment if you open doors and windows.) The main shower drain was blocked. Some lights did not work.

Pros: Местоположение прекрасное, есть вся посуда и техника, хозяйка апартаментов всегда и на все просьбы реагировала быстро. Квартира огромная!!!

Contras: Очень жарко и душно. Кондиционер только в одной комнате, в 2х вентиляторы, но от них никакого толку... В дальних комнатах wi-fi не ловит.

Pros: Огромное пространство, уютная обстановка, заботливый персонал , отличное местоположение!

Pros: Semplicemente fantastico. Appartamento enorme, prezzo non elevato e posizione ottima. L'appartamento era veramente molto pulito e in ordine, tutto il necessario era presente e anche qualcosa in piu (erano compresi anche gli asciugamani, che da altre parti spesso non vengono forniti). 2 televisioni, 2 bagni, 3 camere, 3 balconi, ascensore... non so come potrebbero migliorare. Anche lo staff è stato molto chiaro (la proprieraria era Italiana quindi questo ha facilitato le cose) e molto gentile, infatti ci ha consentito l'ingresso 1 ora prima del previsto senza costi aggiuntivi. Grazie mille per la splendida vacanza che avete contribuito a farci passare, spero che anche voi vi siate trovati altrettanto bene con noi 😁😁😁. P.S Se siete ancora indecisi vi avverto che la proprietaria è molto carina 😂😂 (non odiarci per quest'ultimo commento). Ciaooooo

Pros: El apartamento grande, cómodo y limpio. Las chicas muy amables.

Pros: My second time staying at this apartment in an excellent location. We were met by the friendly host early due to our arrival time, for which we were very grateful. A very large and comfortable apartment very close to the beach and local transport. Very easy to get to the city and airport, excellent restaurants within minutes from the door and lovely balcony's at front and back of apartment to enjoy the views. Supermarket a minute away and the local market within easy walking distance.

Contras: N/A - All was good

Pros: The apartment was excellent. Location was very good, with nice restaurants in the area and very close to the beach. Bus stop was steps away, as was the tram stop. There are two terraces - one that gets the sunrise which did nicely for eating breakfast on, and one to see the sunset, which was good for evening drinks :-)

Contras: There is a nice breeze when the doors at front/back are open, but the apartment only has air con in one bedroom and a ceiling fan in another. The rest of the apartment is without aircon so in mid summer I could imagine it being a little too hot for my taste.
