Pros: Fijne locatie, alles op loopafstand om bij het centrum of het strand te geraken. Prettige bedden en de keuken was van alles voorzien (wel verouderd)
Contras: Geluidsoverlast van andere appartementbewoners en de straat. Service teleurstellend, we belden voor nieuwe handdoeken maar deze waren na twee dagen nog niet verschoond. Bij het uitchecken brachten we het bureau hiervan de hoogte maar werden slechts de schouders opgehaald.

Pros: The accomodation is located in between the old center en the beach en nearby the art and sciencepark All facilities like supermarkten, restaurants etc are nearby It is recommended to hire bikes so you become very mobil
Contras: We had a great time in Valencia. The appartement needs a few pointes off attention. IT was not very well cleaned, the bathroom sink is leaking and the sofa in the living is old and very uncomfortable There where not enough drinking glasses The airco however functioned very well

Pros: The airconditioning was working which was a must :) Also there were quite a few supermarkets around, which was nice as we were cooking our own foods most of the time. If you are not planning on spending much time in the apaprtment, just sleep here it has all you need.
Contras: Next time coming to Valencia I would pick an appartment either closer to the beach or in the city centre as the location here was not great. It was halfway between the city and the beach, but all in all it was pretty far both ways. Also the smell of the streets here was quite pungent. If you are looking for some nice bars/restaurants to go to, then you are goign to have to walk quite a long way as most of the nice locals are ONLY in the city centre. As far as the appartment goes it was okay, but if you plan on cooking anything more than just breakfast then it was not ideal. Also overall cleanliness was nice, but I was not so sure of the cleanliness of the kitchen. Also beware of the noisy garbage man, which are really annyoing when you are trying to sleep at 5 am (and no, closed window dont work against this :)).

Pros: Muy buen trato. Hemos encontrado el piso limpio y bien equipado. Al llegar hemos llamado por telefono y hemos podido quedar para recoger las llaves aunque no fuera el horario normal de check-in. Nos dieron un mapa de Valencia y mucha información sobre sitios para comer, para salir, cosas que ver... El piso está a 5 minutos andando de la estación de la metro que conecta con el aeropuerto (50 min), el centro de la ciudad y la playa. También se puede ir andando a la playa (20 min).

Pros: La vicinanza alla metropolitana e ai grandi magazzini. La tranquillità del quartiere. La veduta dalle finestre.

Pros: Sijainniltaan asunto on aivan loistava. Aamuaurinko paistaa parvekkeelle. Metroasema on n 300m päässä ja ruokakaupat lähellä. Asunnossa oli kaikki tarpeellinen, huomioiden aiemmin mainitut kohennuskohteet. Liikenteen äänet kuuluvat päämakuuhuoneeseen.
Contras: Sohvan voisi uusia, tosi epämukava. Samoin pikkuhuoneen sängyn patjan. Osa astioista kolhiintunut/säröillä.
