Contras: Les toilettes ne sont pas pratique , Le matelas du lit double n’est pas confortable

Contras: extra doekjes voor de keuken. Geen haakjes om kleding, jassen of handdoeken op de hangen.

Pros: Posizione favolosa e arredamento bello e funzionale!

Contras: Lavatrice non funzionante!!

Pros: Locatie en heerlijk mooi ingericht comfortabel appartement

Contras: En la web, al indicar nº de personas y fechas indica lo spisos disponibles, pero el piso que seleccionamos finalmente no tenía la capacidad que declaramos al inicio. Esto tienen que corregislo porque podría ocaionar un grave inconveniente ya que los pisos no pueden superar las plazas declaradas. Una de las camas plegables era muy incómoda.

Pros: Before anything, you should know that the apartment is not rented by the owner directly but through an agency. ++ I made sure that the collection of key was arranged well in advance. This worked fine ++ Upon entering the apartment the young lady (Maria- sent to do the ètat de lieux and deliver the keys etc.) showed us around the apartment. Already then we (and she) noticed that one of the extra beds in the living room was broken. It is a mystery to me how this was not known before and only realized upon the next guests entering the apartment ++ Using the separate toilet ended in being sprayed by the (used) toilet water (I have a great video if you are interested). Hence the floor was covered in used toilet water... quite disgusting as you can imagine. ++ The apartment is set up a bit differently than shown on the pictures. It is basically not two separate rooms but one big living space with the bedroom (double bed) integrated into the rest. Hence if you are planning to go with more than two people (that are not your own kids) do not expect any privacy. Hence if you searched for 3+ people on Booking and find this- it is not for 3 friends unless you are very cozy and intimate with staying with each other ALL the time ++ There are doors that theoretically divide the rooms but those are neither sound proof, nor can they be moved (as we were told later literally "the doors are not doors!" :-) ). This became our running joke!!! I will not get much into the broken glass on the ground that was still lying around from previous guests trying to move the doors that are not doors (so strange that everyone thinks that it is a sliding door while it is not according to the senior manager Silvia). ++ Going into the bathroom we found the toilet to be full with the feaces of previous guests (see pictures). No further comment needed++

Contras: After noticing all of this and the general nastiness of the apartment (smeared fingerprints on all mirrors and glass surfaces, dirty shower, toilets etc.) we called the contact lady Silvia ++ She was very arrogant and when I laughed at her comment that the door is not a door she told me that we are free to leave immediately and that she does not understand why I am laughing. I say- good for me and my friends that we have such good humour, else we would probably not have dealt so peaceful with the situation ++ She was shocked by the state of the apartment and reassured me that Maria, a cleaning service AND a plumber would arrive asap ++ obviously neither ever did (we are not stupid enough to expect a plumber to arrive at 19:00 on a Friday evening in Valencia(!!!) ++ we went for a small snack in front of the house and nobody arrived, or so we thought ++when going back a young man with his children was just finishing cleaning the separate toilet (with a mob, not using water etc. meaning he basically spread our used toilet water around without actually cleaning the floor) ++ he left ++ the other toilet was by that time not full with feaces anymore but with pee (see pic ++ we ended up cleaning the floors of the whole apartment, the toilets and the shower ++ the spraying sink was never fixed and my boyfriend eventually fixed it himself!!!! so at least next visitors should be spared of a used toilet water spraying attack! ++ I really think that it was our good mood and humour that made the stay bearable. Else we would have spent the time on looking for something else. As it was the wedding weekend of a friend we really did not bother and just cleaned everything ouselves!! For the money we spent we could have had a nice hotel! I am looking forward to Silvia's response because after talking to her one the phone and whitnessing her arrogance she will not agree with this because "ususally the apartments are very clean"! I don't believe it.
