This recently-modernised 2-bedroom apartment has 2 bathrooms including one en-suite bedroom, and sleeps up to 4 guests. An open plan kitchen-lounge-dining area makes for great socialising. It is well-located close to one of Valencia´s main tourist attractions - the famous City of Arts & Sciences in the Turia Park. It is also about half-way between the old town and the beach which are both reachable either by walking, cycling or public transport. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a pull-out bed so can be set up as a single bed or a double bed with side-by-side single mattresses which can be made up either with a double duvet, or two single duvets making it easily adaptable for individuals, couples, pairs of friends and family members. The second bathroom is next to the second bedroom. There is air-conditioning in the living area and heating appliances throughout. Many items are provided for guests so you can travel light and don´t need to worry about liquids if you are flying. As well as towels there are other bathroom products including shampoo and shower gel. In the kitchen there are many more communal items such as oil, salt and pepper etc
I´m a sociable and friendly person. I´m British and have travelled a lot and lived in many places including London, Italy, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil and Spain. Very sporty, into football, watersports, skiing, touch rugby and keeping fit in general. Current mission is to learn the guitar. Love meeting new people. After that we will all be reachable by phone throughout your stay and will travel to the apartment if necessary to resolve any issues.
The apartment is in a safe residential area very close to the large and very beautiful Turia park (formerly the city´s river) which runs for 12km. Around the apartment there are plenty of shops, cafes, supermarkets and restaurants. The famous City of Arts & Sciences is just a short walk away in the river park. This includes Europe´s largest aquarium, an opera house and science museum with superb modern architecture set amongst large water pools. The apartment is located about half-way between the city centre (old town) and the beach, both of which can easily be reached. The nearest metro station is about 10 minutes away. There are several bus routes which run close to the apartment and quickly connect you with other parts of the city including the old town and the beach. Valencia is a great city for both walking and cycling being very flat and with many cycle paths. The river park is also great for getting around. We can advise you about cycle hire when you arrive. The start of the city centre (including the old town) is approx 20-25 minutes´ walk away. There is free parking in the streets nearby plus a few secure car-parks near the apartment.
